This one bedroom, corner unit condo is located directly on the inter-c0astal with gorgeous unobstructed water views. It features an open floor plan and is bright from an abundance of natural light. It's completely furnished and offers a full, well-equipped kitchen with all you need to fell at home away from home. The spacious queen bedroom features wicker furniture and an additional TV for your comfort at the end of your day. Adjacent o the bedroom is a sitting room with a full-size sofa bed facing the inter-coastal waterway. The living room is furnished with a full size pull out sofa bed as well, in addition to a relaxing chair ant ottoman set. The dining room seats 4 and offers a cozy bar to enjoy an adult beverage. Sit back, relax and enjoy the dolphins and boats right outside your wind...

The booking guest must be over the age of 25 and all guests must provide a valid state or federal ID. Also all party members need to be named after booking. There is no large gathering allowed or parties. If association or neighbors are disturbed and police is involved all monies will be forfeited and you will be asked to vacate the property .
PS. The owner doesn't allow pets as she has allergy issues and it's harmful to her health.

Amazing view and location to get away from reality
Very relaxed and woke up to an amazing view. Easy to walk to anywhere you and if you have a car easy to get anywhere. Breathtaking restaurants with reasonable prices. Pool was great and not over crowded. Defintiely a place I will come back to and bring the rest of my family to enjoy.

Great place to stay!
Our experience here was really great. The condo was really nice. It was spacious and homey with a good kitchen, large bathroom and gorgeous views. It's in a great location right on the intercoastal, super close to the beach and has a great pool. Everything you could need is at your doorstep! We can't wait to stay here again!

Wonderful condo! Highly Recommend!!
My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was amazing! The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the bed was super comfy! There are a ton of windows bringing in a lot of light and it has a gorgeous view of the inter-coastal. The condo complex has a super nice, heated pool which was a nice treat. The beach is right across the street and there are so many things to do within walking distance of the condo. Finally, the owner Gil was great to work with and made booking with her so easy. We can't wait to stay in her condo again! I definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic Florida Getaway
As soon as we walked in we fell in love!! The place was so open with an enormous amount of natural light. It was cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach was a short (less than 3 minutes) walk and the apartment was stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods, towels and even sand pails for children. We didn't have to buy anything except what we wanted to eat or cook. There were PLENTY of restaurant choices within driving and walking distance and the food was AMAZING! Choices for all diet types. I am vegan and had no problems. The view....all I can say is that I will never forget waking up to the sunrise on the inlet. It was priceless. You will really get to relax and appreciate your time if you stay here.

Spring Vacation
Recently we spent a week at Salt Life Vacation Rentals in Indian Shores, Florida. The condo was bright, airy and well appointed. It was nicely decorated and had new appliances and ceiling fans. It was in a great location overlooking the Intercoastal and just across the street from a beautiful beach. The pool and the grounds are well maintained. Great restaurants and plenty of fun activities can be found nearby We were pleased with our accommodations and will definitely return for another stay!

Indian Shores is between Clearwater(N) and St. Petersburg(S). It's a beautiful area to enjoy the beach, cafes(Indian Shores cafe), Salt Rock Grill the best restaurant town with a great happy hour.
Lots of places to walk to (ice cream, restaurants, pubs(Muheffer), and mini golf.
The best breakfast place is Sweet Sage, very charming, great ambiance and wonderful food.
Getting around
As mentioned above you can accomplish lots on foot, but if you want to go to the movies or market you want to drive to Seminole Center 2miles in Seminole.
You can find everything you need there.
Earth Fare(wholefood market), Movie Grill, ABC liquor, Applebee, Miller's, Homegoods, LA Fitness, and more.
You also can take the trolley on Gulf to go to Clearwater or Saint Pete, Madeira Beach, Treasure Island($5.00 daily pass)

How to get there
Take I-275 South for 8.1 miles then exit 30 (118th Ave/County R/Bryan Dairy/102nd Ave 9.1m) then left on Ridge Rd (1.6m) and right on Park Blvd(2.5). After the bridge take right on Gulf(0.5m). After SALT ROCK GRILL on the right, the very next entry is yours to Building F(blue).
Drive all the way to the end towards the water. The stairs to enter is on the right.
