This light and airy space with all the modern conveniences is just a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to world class golfing, surfing, parasailing, kayaking, fishing, convention center, and so much more. Located near a beach that I dream about often! I'm so happy to share this place with others.
It has a modern kitchen with stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, French press, coffee grinder, toaster, microwave, blender, coffee and selection of teas, full set of cookware and bakeware, and so much more. The basic cooking necessities, e.g., oil, pepper, spices, condiments are also included. Also provided are outdoor plates and cups to use on the patio so you can enjoy a great meal alfresco.

About the neighbourhood
This is a quiet neighborhood located between the golf course and the ocean. The house is located in the central Jax Beach area and the beach is just a half mile away or a 3 minute bike ride away. The neighborhood is relaxed and quiet. People love to take walks, jog, ride bikes, scooters, and golf carts. Since our neighborhood is mostly residential we do not host large parties and events at this location.
But it is the beach, and you can enjoy cook outs with friends and dinners outdoors until late at night! We are glad if our guests are having a good time with family and friends and we are not worried about happy noise.
Getting around
The house has 4 parking spots available. You can rent a street legal golf cart to get around that can be delivered to the house. Our neighborhood is a residential beach community.
Not much traffic, walkable and great for bike riding.
If you enjoy walking, there is a good coffee shop (Breezy Coffee and Wine Bar) a few blocks away. Many great restaurants on 3rd St. Highly recommend Tulua Bistro for breakfast.
Grocery shopping is a few minutes by car at Publix.
The Neptune Beach/Atlantic Beach Town Center is worth a visit.

Come down Butler Blvd and exit at South Beach Pkwy and take that north to 7th St and turn right and the property will be on the left about 2 blocks up.
