House Rental

Our property, private deep water canal dockage, and underwater lighting. These beautifully decorated homes also offer two Association parks with beaches, pavilions and two private boat ramps. Shopping and fine dining nearby. Easy ocean and back country fishing from our back yard. Key west is a short scenic hour and half drive away. Easy boating access to Everglades National Park, John Pennekamp National Park, and the Coral Reef State Park. The finest restaurants close by, fishing and diving reefs are just a short boat ride away from this tropical paradise. Within Walking distance you will find a private beach area and loading ramp that belongs to the community. Also take our kayaks for a joy ride and come face to face with the visiting wild dolphins and endangered manatees.

Children q should be supervised at all time. And pets should be house trained and also supervised. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE of the house. PLEASE NO SMOKING INDOORS!. GARBAGE DAYS ARE TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS (**BLUE BINS** ARE RECYCLE ONLY!!***) Please no garbage in these bins as they will not be picked up. RECYCLE DAYS ARE FRIDAYS... ALL DIRTY TOWELS AND LINENS ARE TO BE PLACED IN FRONT OF LAUNDRY MACHINES BEFORE CHECK OUT.

A nice house with plenty of space for up to eight people

It's a good sized house with four large/super sized bedrooms and three bath/toilets. The house is in a quiet location, about 20 km from Key Largo, which is a convenient driving distance. For the seven days of our stay, we traveled to Key West, Everglades National Park, Biscayne National Park, and Miami/Palm Beach. We had a great Christmas break there. Maggie is very friendly and alway responsive to our emails. The property will benefit from some additional furnitures and a finishing touch to the door handles/locker and tap water heads etc, in my view.
