Charming 1 bedroom apartment with comfortable King size bed (100% cotton sheets) in the best possible location. The heart of Old Town Key West, two blocks from Simonton beach, the seaport, watersports and four blocks from Mallory Square. Walk everywhere, to the Historic Seaport, Hemingway House, The Little White House, bars, restaurants, sunset cruises, fishing charters. The relatively quiet Ann street is only one block to the famous Duval Street; coffee and organic breakfast on Green street.

In case we find the apartment excessively dirty, you may be charged for additional cleaning, in extreme cases a professional cleaning company will be hired for $250/cleaning. If you throw a huge party that will probably disturb your neighbors and the two officers docking around the corner, and that's what we are trying to avoid. Feel home and feel good, do whatever you like, have fun but house-party=BIG NO! And if you did something bad, let us know, maybe we can fix it easier than you may think.
