Comfortable studio condo with full kitchen and a full size pull-out couch for extra guests. This condo has full resort amenities from a marina with boat dockage, heated pool, tennis & basketball courts, bicycles, canoes, kayaks, paddle boats, tiki huts with picnic tables and charcoal grill, along with security and free wifi.
If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is the place for you. You can enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, shopping, golfing, fishing, or just relaxing by the pool.
*If you need a little more room for extra family or friends, we also have a 1 bedroom condo available right next door.

Centrally Located!
We loved it here. Perfect accommodations for three and in the heart of Marathon. Has everything u need to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Great location for exploring the Keys
Great location for exploring the Keys. The studio is comfortable and well equipped although it does have wifi we found it to be very weak. Resort is well maintained and the staff are very helpful. The dock is perfect for watching the sun go down.

Great location
We have stayed here before. It's the perfect mid way spot between Islamorada and Key West. Love everything about it except my only complaint would be the mattress is way too firm and we had to buy a egg crate topper to put on the bed so we could sleep. It needs updating. Other than that- great vacation stay!

I got a last minute chance to come to Marathon and spend 10 wonderful days at Reef 2. Room was clean, spacious had all house hold amenities that i needed. Absolutely loved the property. If anyone ever gets a chance to stay i'd tell you to take it.
