Enjoy one of the largest floor plans available with this newly constructed home conveniently located within minutes of Disney and other park attractions. Also, both Tampa to the west and beautiful east coast beaches and the famous Space Coast are only about an hour’s drive away. Without leaving the neighborhood you can enjoy the community’s clubhouse, free arcade, waterpark, tiki bar and grill, and sport facilities. The house includes a screened in, south-facing, heatable pool with hot tub, gas grill available upon request (see rental agreement for details) and large deck ideal for spending the day relaxing without even leaving the house. Big and Beautiful

This house was big and beautiful as describe! House look exactly as showed in pictures. Host was very accommodating, had issues with lock on arrival but that was corrected right away! After a long day at theme parks coming home to a comfortable bed is much needed....I wanted to take bed home with me! This house has my recommendation for future.

Amazing

My family had an amazing time. The house was wonderful. It was beyond what we expected. If you have a big family and want something spacious I highly recommend this house.
