This gated community has 2 heated pools with spas that are the favorites for our clients as they can hang around the pool and enjoy the daily activities and meet new folks and make friends. The resort also offers volleyball courts, BBQ areas, picnic tables, play ground for the children, walking trails. There is a club house which has games for the kids, video arcade, Free Wi-Fi internet at the club house, and a good size work out facilities to burn those few extra pounds.
Community offer's a lush tropical Florida setting. This make you feel every bit Florida and truly offers a 'home away from home' feeling. Enjoy the seasonal flowers, manicured lawns and streets lined with palm trees.

We have every upgrade & conveniences in this unit to make it a memorable & comfortable place to stay at. The large living room is tiled, large screen TV(flat panel) and additional TV'S in the bedrooms have been added. Master bedroom comes with a king size bed, walk in closet, private bath, TV in the bedroom and your own private balcony or deck. Second bedroom offers a queen bed- ideal for a second couple. Additional 3rd. bedroom is outfitted for the kids with 2 Twin beds. We can comfortably sleep a large or extended family of up to 2- 6 people.
Living room with entertainment center, just a place to relax, hang out, catch a movie or check up on the news. The finest quality of furnishings and comfort are assured in these very tastefully decorated model home type accommodations.
A fully equipped gourmet kitchen at your disposal. Cook an entire meal for family or friends, or invite folks over for a 5 course dinner, the choice is yours!! Dining area can seat 6 people. We provide you with everything you will ever need and then some......Over a period of years, we have furnished and equipped this unit to the standards where you will just about have everything you can need when vacationing. So just pack your personal belongings and the rest of it is taken care of for you including ironing boards, hair dryers, DVD players. Location and the infrastructure were good. Gated and easy access to attractions. However, there are a few things need to be improved.
1). Living room was too dark at night. Only one of two side table lamps was in working condition. The lights over dining table were too dim.
2). Master bedroom - Only one of two side table lamps was in working condition.
3). TV in the living room was not working thus unable to verify whether cable tv was in working condition too.
4). TV in the master bedroom was working but not the remote controller.
Apart from the above comments, the place was good and all other appliances were in good condition. Good value for money too.
Attention to details by the management is required to ensure the place is in hospitable condition for everyone to stay and enjoy the ‘home which is faraway from home’.

Just for clarification.
The lights above the dining table is on a dimmer switch, all that needed to be done was adjust the switch. Some people traveling from abroad may not be used to this.
Also, a couple of the lights you mention were just UN-pluged from the power and all that needed to be done was plug these in .
We found that the the previous guest had removed the batteries from the remote, but the TV still worked.

Comfort, convenience, secure
Having rented here before we were very happy that camsun vacations was able to get us into the same unit. We were supposed to arrive the week hurricane Irma hit but we were contacted and allowed to come a week later. The unit was clean and ready for our stay. Any problems are taken care of immediately without hesitation. Great amenities within the complex with new and updated coming all the time. Secure property. All of the times we have been here there has never been any issues. Camsun takes good care of the property and charges a very reasonable rate for the unit.

Very nice place to stay would stay there again
A lot to do in area and Disneyland with all there parks is close by. I like to play golf and great courses near by.
There many restaurants near by. All the chains restaurants and local.
My unit was clean and kept up.

Fabulous Accommodation - perfect for family vacation or long term stay
We were very impressed with this unit. It was well maintained and very well equipped. We stayed 4.5 months and it was truly perfect. A few very minor items happened over the 4.5 months (internet password, cable signal lost and hot water tank stopped working). The property management was very responsive and things were resolved quickly - just a phone call away 24/7. Unit has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Unit has a private patio off the master bedroom. Ideal for a family vacation or for snowbirds who want room for family/company to visit. The property itself is lovely - quiet, two pools, clean and gated. The other residents are friendly. Parking is at the door. And all the attractions are nearby - or go to the Clearwater beach or Cocoa beach in approximately 1 hour east or west on I4 which is just down the road easy access.

Erg goede appartementen, dicht bij de attracties
Het appartement is groot en goed ingericht. Wij hadden drie kamers met in elk een twee persoons bed en een inloopkast. Een kamer was een kamer en suite, met een televisie in een kast en een eigen balkon, met een zitje met 4 stoelen. Er is nog een aparte badkamer met een bad/douche en toilet. De keuken is goed ingericht, maar voor vaatwastabletten, wasmiddel en afwasmiddel moet je zelf zorgen. Er stond 1 fles handwasmiddel en er was toiletpapier, maar dat kan ook van de vorige bewoners zijn.
Bij het zwembad zijn voldoende ligstoelen, en 2 parasols, een bubbelbad en een douche. Wij hadden om dekens gevraagd en er lag een nieuwe deken, prima service.
Deze appartementen liggen dicht bij Disney Animal Kingdom. Wanneer je daar heen wilt, koop dan je tickets bij de Walmart in Kissimmee, daar zijn de tickets goedkoper dan bij de kassa van Disney en dan bij de winkel met goedkope tickets. Helaas werd de wc, die bleef doorlopen, niet meer verholpen, hoewel we dat 3 dagen voordat we weggingen hadden gemaild. Kleine minpuntjes : er komen nog allerlei kosten bij (onder meer belasting, service, schoonmaak, internet) bij het boeken, 2 bedden maakten piepend geluid, de vaatwasser en de airco maken veel geluid.
Deze appartementen zouden we weer boeken, wanneer we vlakbij de attracties zouden willen verblijven, want het zijn uitstekende appartementen en het contact met Jim, de verhuurder was prima.

Family vacation
What a beautiful unit we were previledged to be in for a week. 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The unit was very spacious with lots of room for a large family. It was really clean and had everything you could ever need.
It is located in a gated community with well manicured landscape and two very nice pools. There are also two club houses with couches, tables and free WiFi which you can also receive at the pool. The complex is located approximately 10 minutes from Disney which is fantastic.
We got to meet with Jim the owner to sign the rental papers for the week and were extremely happy in doing business with him.
We would not hesitate to rent from Jim again in the future

Pleasant atmosphere
When my family got to Kissimmee we had a rude awakening our logging had been cancelled I just so happen to open up the site and found Jim he had just had a cancellation and a unit was available. It turned out that this was a beautiful condo clean with all the amenities that my family needed great place to stay I would do it again and again. This truly was home away from home. One last thing you can find any thing you want to buy less then 3 minutes away.

clean, clean clean... staff are very friendly and most helpful.
Coming from Canada you don't know what you have rented until you arrive. We were very very pleased with the service on line to book our stay. The house, grounds & pool were imaculate. Our air conditioner broke down on Easter Monday, one e-mail & it was fixed by supper time that same day. Beds were comfortable - kitchen could have a few more utensels but otherwise well stocked. Lots of towels and beddings. No hangers for your clothes so we left some. Staff around the grounds are friendly and helpful. Other vacationers were friendly too. We are definitely returning next year.

Wonderful Place to stay
I stayed at the Island Club for a period of 3 months and was very happy with my stay. It was quiet, and comfortable. I liked the layout of my condo which was on one floor. My family of 5 had plenty of room to enjoy. I also liked how there was a patio in back. It made it feel more like a home. We stayed on the top floor where there was vaulted ceilings and lots of windows in the front room. This made it feel more spacious and rich.
The amenities were additionally nice as well. There were 2 different pools and jacuzzis, tennis court, clubhouse and work out room to enjoy.
I also liked how you could park right up against your condo building.
The location was very convieinent as well. It is close to all major attractions. 15 minutes from Disney - 25 from Universal and close to shopping, and restaurants. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

How to get there
Locating this property is pretty simple. Orlando airport is just 30 minutes to the resort. Train stations are located in Kissimmee which is just a 20 minutes drive to the property. If you are driving into town, our property is very close to the major hwy's like Interstate 4, hwy 429, hwy 417.
Coming out of the airport, you will just take 417 south and exit out on Celebration Avenue, from there you will get to hwy 192 and drive for 12 minutes to get to the property. We feel the need to fore warn you that in general Orlando is not a very good place for taking local transportation or local train services are non exsistant. Hence a car is needed to get to most places you may need to get to.
