In order to make your stay more comfortable, we provide complimentary extras such as dish liquid, dishwasher pods, trash bags, dish sponge, paper towels, coffee starter kit, salt & pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet tissue in each bathroom. If you require replenishment of complimentary items during your stay, you may purchase them at nearby stores. Towels, pool towels, and linens are always provided for our registered guests free of charge.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on premises. Failure to comply will result in a $300 penalty.
- Absolutely no pets are allowed on premises.
- No parties or events are permitted, and no excessive noise or loud music will be tolerated. Failure to comply will result in your reservation being canceled immediately.
- No additional guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charges for damages incurred during their stay as well as extra- cleaning charges for excessive messes.
- Please supervise children by the pool! Keep patio door locked when not using poo!!
- Please do not move furniture!
- Leave all dirty towels on the floor of the bathrooms when checking out.
- Please do not leave dirty dishes in the sick when checking out: run a final load in the dishwasher and leave dishes there.
- Please ensure that the patio door is locked every time you leave the house.
