2nd stay at this villa - wouldn't stay anywhere else in Orlando!
We would 100% recommend this villa to anyone wanting a great location (for shopping, Disney, Universal and restaurants), really helpful owners, spotlessly clean and spacious villa with everything provided that you could possibly need). This was our second stay in this villa and we would be very unlikely to stay anywhere else. The owners even took on board some minor suggestions we had made after our last stay. Very much hope to go back again one day...

Fantastic Villa
We had a wonderful time at this villa. The location is great, the area is very quiet so perfect for a good nights sleep. It is close to a good sized Walmart and restaurants. The kids loved the large pool. We definitely want to return to this fantastic villa in the future.

Perfect Villa
We love this Villa so much that this is our 2nd time staying and would not hesitate to stay again.
6 of us stayed 1 being a 4 month old baby and there was plenty of room and everything we could have needed. The pool area and games room were well used and well maintained.
Disney is a 15,20, minute drive away and Universal 25 to 30 minutes. It was a great base as close enough to enjoy the parks but just far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet away from the parks as they can get busy.
We would recommend this villa to anyone it really is a home from home.

Great villa
Stayed at this villa for 6 nights. It was lovely and clean / comfy beds and everything you could need (especially for a toddler - we had buggies / toys / cot beds etc).
We always stay in this area as it’s a great location for all the parks, has a huge Walmart a two min drive and loads of restaurants.
Owner and management company were very helpful with any issues we needed. Also the neighbours across the street were very helpful and friendly when we needed to use their phones.

Perfect home away from home.
Located within minutes of theme parks, this villa exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Having stayed at various villas in the past 10 yeas when visiting Orlando, this particular home has proven to be the best. Comfortable beds, spaces well organized, a master bedroom which looks like it has been renovated and looks great. The pool was the right size for a party of five; the area around the pool included patio furniture and enough space for relaxation outside of the pool.
As far as the contact with the owner I cannot stress enough how helpful and accommodating Paula was during the original booking period as well as during our stay, it was a pleasure to interact with her via email, very prompt and professional. During one of the days of our visit, it rain for most of the day, making it difficult to be in the pool, but the play room located in the garage of the villa made the afternoon entertaining; with a pool table, table tennis and foosball table, among other amenities, we were able to enjoy a rainy afternoon at this villa. I will most definitely book this property on my next trip if it is available and I most certainly recommend others to stay here as well.

Excellent property
It was perfect for our holiday as we did the whole Disney experience. The pool was a great way to unwind after a hectic day. The house was everything we were hoping for. Thanks to Patti for helping us on the first day and to Paula who owns the house for keeping our stay as pleasurable as possible.

Amazing, convenient and has everything!
We just got back from spending Christmas and New Year at this beautiful villa. The owners are super friendly and thoughtful. They have everything you need at the villa including a Disney popcorn bucket to refill in the parks, Christmas tree, Buggies, DVD’s, towels etc etc. It was clean, spacious, modern and amazingly located for everywhere. We will 100% return to this villa. Thank you so much! ❤️

Perfect!
We stayed at this villa during our visit to Orlando with my friends. Villa has everything that is needed for a comfortable stay, nice, clean rooms, fully equiped kitchen, great games area and swimming pool. Great location as well, only 20 min from Disneyworld. Area is very quiet as well. So perfect for families with kids! We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you, Paula!

Beautiful Villa with everything needed & fabulous location
What a wonderful find, lovely villa with everything needed, lovely sized private pool, loads of space in the living areas and bedrooms. Kitchen fully equipped and luxury of dishwasher, new oven and fridge (with ice maker) also with the addition of a new BBQ in the back garden. The washing machine and drier were a god send. Great location for the Disney parks, supermarkets and restaurants. I would have no hesitation in recommending the villa and hope to visit again soon.
