Beautiful house, but...
The house itself was beautiful, but it does not appear to be maintained. Also, there are not 5 full baths as stated, but 4 1/2. The gameroom is actually the garage, and there is no AC. There were two ceiling fans, but only one worked. I reported this the day I checked in (Saturday), and someone came the next day and said they were aware of the problem and would bring me a box fan in the interim. They finally did on Thursday, at 9:30PM. The utensils & pots/pans were dirty and greasy when we checked in. There were 5 garbage pails outside - all were full and infested with flies & maggots. I requested these be cleaned, but they never were. The pool table is very old, and has boards under the legs to help support it. The ping pong paddles were so old they were useless, and no balls were there. We were told some would be brought, but they never were. There was a dart board, but no darts.
If you are looking to stay at the house during your trip and use the amenities, don't use this house. It needs some maintenance & upkeep, and better management.

Spring Break 2015
This vacation home is awesome! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get! It's a perfect location minutes away from everything! The kitchen is fully equipped. There's free wifi. Prior to my vacation, the owner was very thorough & timely in his e-mail comminications regarding deposits, final payments, and check-in information. I was a bit leery at first because from the time I reserved the vacation home to the end of my stay, I never spoke to the owner via phone. All of our communciation was via e-mail. His managements staff was very friendly and prompt in assisting us w/ a minor problem. We had difficulty entering the code to get in because we were not familiar w/ how to work a keyless entry. I had 4 minor drawbacks: First, there were not enough face towels to accommodate our large group. There were only 2 face towels available per room so we found ourselves having to do laundry daily to have face towels available for the next day. Secondly, we had to pay $40 to purchase a propane tank for the gas grill. I feel that an empty tank should have been made available to us because we could have filled it up for about $17. On the last full day of our trip, someone delivered a propane tank, which was useless at that point because we were at the end of our trip and we had already purchased one. Third, the pool sticks for the pool table are not located in the house. You have to pay a $50 deposit and drive offsite (only minutes away) to get the pool sticks. Although it's only minutes away, it was still an inconvenience to have to drive offsite. The management staff indicated that the owner did it this way due to issues in the past with pool sticks getting damaged. I feel that he should at least have the pool sticks available on the property at the clubhouse. Lastly, it indicates that there is a Wii game console available, however, we had difficulty hooking it up so we didn't get an opportunity to use it while there. I didn't see any games there, but you probably have to leave a deposit and pick those up offsite as well. Despite those minor drawbacks, I would definitely rent this property again!

Wow what a home!
We spent the 3rd week of February at this home in Crystal Cove. We loved swimming in the pool at night as well as walking around the resort after dinner. The lake provided such a serene environment. Everything was just as described on the listing and the pictures really do not do it justice. We hope to be back in the near future.

Great!
This is a great place to stay and a place that we look forward to staying at again. It was clean, nice and the linens and towels are all very clean. You could tell that the owners really want to make sure that their guests have a good time. The kitchen was stocked with all the things that need to help create an awesome feast to eat after a long day with the kids at the parks. Thanks!

Easter break with the kids
This house is in a fantastic location. Located within minutes of Walmart and a very very short drive to Disney. 6 bedrooms and a private pool. The rooms all had flat screen TVs. The garage converted games room was pretty cool as well. Had a pool table, darts and some pool toys as well. Excellent!

Wonderful orlando vacation
A family friendly home that really made our vacation enjoyable and at the same time very relaxing. Perfect home for any families with kids or elderly. The highlight was definitely the pool, our 5 and 3 year old loved splashing around in the shallow end. A+++

Perfect place to stay
Crystal cove was the perfect place to stay for our brief stay in Florida. The villa had everything and so much more, more than anyone could ever want. From the private pool to the outdoor grill and the spotlessly clean, comfy beds, fluffy towels and great location. My family loved it and was our favorite place to be when we weren't at the parks. Thanks for making our stay so awesome.

Beautiful villa home
Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to call your beautiful villa home during our visit. The children stayed up stairs. They especially loved their themed rooms and they would all cozy up to watch movies in their rooms. As adults, we had an enjoyable visit. Side note: the deposit was returned very quickly. Let this be your first choice!
Look no further, this home has everything you will need and more. A beautiful covered private pool area, tastefully decorated clean home, well stocked, wi-fi, phone service, Hdtv, nintendo wii and even a private games room! The surroundings offer something for everyone. You will not be disappointed, i don't think you'll be renting another hotel in Orlando again after renting this home.

Location location location
Great location. Very quiet neigbourhood, a car is needed however, the home felt like home. There was more included than we ever could ask for. They even have a wii here! I guess its good to get some exercise after eating the generous portions the restaurants around here serve. Excellent!
