Pool and spa heat are provided for free adding to your enjoyment. There is also a blue tooth speaker system available poolside to play those relaxing tunes or to crank up a little during happy hour. It comes with a cabana bath which can be accessed from poolside. The master king en-suite opens directly onto the pool and comes with double sink for added luxury. The twin has two single beds together with an en-suite shower room. All bedrooms come with 32 inch tv and comfortable pillow top mattresses. There is ample space in the airy living room which comes with a cathedral ceiling with multiple sliding doors opening poolside. A 55-inch tv, dvd player, iPhone docking station, corner sofa and 2 comfy arm chairs are provided. The dining room can accommodate 6 whilst the breakfast bar seats four. There is an additional sitting area overlooking the pool with love seat for those who may wish to relax and read. The open plan kitchen comes with granite counter tops and is very well equipped with an added selection of small electrical appliances, china, silverware, glassware & plasticware for the pool area. Villa is non-smoking. No glass in Pool area. Free pool heat from approx. 8.00am to 10.00pm. Pool set at approx. 84 degrees as recommended by US Water Fitness Assoc. Spa temp runs up to 101 degrees. (20 mins running time required to reach this temp) Please take trash to dumpster at the end of Sunrise Walk. Dogs welcome at no charge by pre-arrangement with owner. As this is a dog friendly home, the odd stray dog hair may be present. Dogs to be kept off furniture and please pick up after them.

Fantastic villa,best we have stayed in

First impression when walking in front door WOW beautiful pool and spa area,so private . Villa itself so comfortable home from home feel, easy access to all supermarkets and resturants , will be definitely renting this property again and bringing the grandchildren

An oasis of calm and privacy with easy access to all of Orlando's excitement!
