The Elmar Boutique Hotel's midcentury modern architecture and the management's unique hospitality set it apart from the rest. One of very few apartment motels left in Lauderdale By The Sea, we offer guests a taste of Florida as it used to be. Each of our eleven one bedroom apartments have been fully renovated in an homage to midcentury design with a contemporary vibe. Each suite comes complete with a fully updated and furnished kitchen and dining area in addition to a spacious, luxurious bedroom and bath.

Simple sophistication
Spent a wonderful weekend at Elmar Boutique Hotel. Interiors are beautifully well done. It’s close to everything, park your car and walk or bike to restaurants and great Lauderdale By the Sea beach . The owners have a yummy breakfast spread along with wine and cheese at sunset. If you are an architectural buff, this is the place to stay. Loved the mid- century vibe. And best of all Corina and David are the best hosts. We will be back soon !
