Ten minutes from the ocean and two blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway, with several nearby parks, the home has a lovely pool with waterfall, surrounded by a fenced tropical flower garden and patio with umbrella patio table, awning patio, and gas BBQ. We have a modern kitchen with stainless electric appliances, granite counters, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wifi, internet, TV in almost every room, and a bowflex exercise machine.
Lighthouse Point is an award winning cultural, sightseeing and water sports center. We are minutes from the ocean and an hour from the awesome Everglades.
Guest access
Guests will have the full use of the home.
Interaction with guests
We will be available to give you any assistance you need. We will also leave an Information Booklet giving a handy guide to the many household conveniences. You may always call, text, or email me with questions.
Other things to note
The home has a pool with night patio lights, an underwater pool light, and a dazzling backyard starburst light that switches on and off automatically at night.
Shopping and groceries (Publix, Whole Foods, Winn-Dixie) are minutes away.

Everglades, and much more are available nearby.
