We look forward to offering you access to our Event & Conference center in Summer 2023. While construction is still underway, you can expect to find a fabulous community sandbox (and accompanying machinery) in its place. Kitchen/Dining Room: Cook up a lavish feast in the gorgeous, contemporary chef’s kitchen, which comes fully equipped with modern stainless appliances, sleek blue and white cabinetry, high-end fixtures and hardware, and bright woodgrain floors. Hang out on stools at the kitchen island in the heart of this light, airy space—or step over to the open-concept dining area for a memorable meal at the large dining table. Pool & Patio: Step out the back door to find a sparkling blue private pool and recreation haven. Relax poolside on a lounger or unwind in the spillover spa. There’s even patio foosball and an outdoor kitchen and dining area, where you can cook up memories, along with some Florida BBQ on the built-in grill. Game Loft/Office: Back inside, head upstairs for even more over-the-top features. The spacious game loft offers more lounging and play space, air hockey, an oversized TV, and more. Sneak in a little work at the desk-and-chair setup, or explore the recreational possibilities with your family and friends. Movie Theater/Arcade Room: In the mood for a chilled movie night? Pick your fave film to watch in your very own theater. Sink into the comfy seats with your gang, gaze up at the 86-inch screen, and enjoy the surround sound (with popcorn, of course!). You can even take a quick snooze after the closing credits while the kids pounce on the arcade games, including everyone’s favorite, Pac-Man. Themed Bedroom: The kids will be smiling from ear to ear when they discover this home’s showstopper—the epic and creative superhero-themed bedroom that doubles as a playroom. The Superheroes Hideout room will inspire your little ones with vivid wall art and life-size action figures that seem suspended in the air. Don’t forget to show them the walk-in closet that’s also a secret game room! After hours of immersive play, up to six lucky kids will find the perfect lair to lay their heads in the specially designed, hidden bunk beds. Bedrooms (King and Queen): The grownups in your group will feel royally spoiled in the five additional gorgeous bedrooms arrayed in Mid-Century Modern décor. These welcoming sanctuaries boast en suite baths, high-end materials and furnishings, and a soothing palette of taupe, gray, and cream. Two spacious bedrooms with king-size beds are conveniently located on the first floor, with one featuring its own entrance to the pool area. The second floor offers a stunning master king bedroom, as well as two more bedrooms with king and queen-size beds, private baths, and top-of-the-line amenities.
