Make sure you can enjoy it! When you're contemplating which property to rent on Marco, pay close attention to the pool area. Is the pool large enough for your group to enjoy? Does the pool get sunshine throughout the day? Are there sufficient lounge chairs and multiple seating areas outdoors for everyone? Is there room to move furniture around to catch the sun? Given that most people come to Marco for the sunshine, you'd be surprised how many places don't offer these things. Many of our guests comment that they came for the beautiful beaches, but find they rarely leave. Why should they? Our pool area faces the 'all important' south direction for maximum sunshine throughout the day and is one of the largest private pools on the island. We have enough outdoor lounge chairs & tables for large groups to relax around the large 20x40 foot, heated, in-ground pool. The unique layout of our home offers more privacy (and quiet) than other homes which is important if you're on vacation. Our 4 bdrm/4 bath home is located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac. The unique layout of our air-conditioned home with 3 different buildings in an L-shape design (all under one roof) built around the pool provides extra space and privacy for guests. The main building has the living room, formal dining room, modern kitchen and breakfast bar, King sized bed bedroom & bathroom. The second building has 3 bedrooms (Another with a king, a queen & the Upstairs room has a queen bed and 2 single beds) with 2 more bathrooms. The 3rd building consists of another bathroom, laundry & garage. This stand-alone extra bathroom is great for those that want to get up early (maybe to go for a morning walk/run or escape to Starbucks) and not disturb other late sleepers. The house has been recently redecorated and updated with new furniture and and all new flooring. The estate sits on a large 1/3 acre lot and has 260 feet of waterfront 'frontage'. It is located about 5 minutes away from the main shopping area and many excellent restaurants. LAYOUT OF HOUSE DESCRIPTION The layout of the house is fantastic with 3 different buildings in an L-shape design (all under one roof) built around the pool. MAIN BUILDING The main building has the living room, formal dining room, modern kitchen, the master bedroom and modern bathroom. The living room has a large 60-inch, flat screen television. One of the walls in the living room is all patio doors that overlooks the pool area so people can sit in the living room and visit (or watch TV) while still being able to keep an eye on people in the pool area. There are 3 new sofas so there is plenty of places to sit. The dining room has a formal dining table and 10 chairs. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets with soft-closing hardware and all the amenities including a microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with flatware, pots & pans etc. The bedroom in this building has a King-size bed, TV and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Linens are included for all beds and there are beach towels as well. Every bedroom has at least a 20' remote controlled TV with cable. SECOND BUILDING The second building has 3 bedrooms (King sized bed with separate vanity and dressing area, a Queen suite with separate vanity, and the upstairs bedroom which has a Queen bed and 2 twin beds in the same room). This building also has 2 more bathrooms. Every bedroom has an entrance to a bathroom. THIRD BUILDING The third building consists of the pool changing room, another bathroom & shower, the laundry room (which is nice because it's away from all the sleeping areas) and a large garage. The bathroom is located near the pool so people don't have to run inside the house while they're wet. This bathroom is also popular with those who like to get up early and not disturb other late sleepers or for runners that want to get their early morning run in and come back and shower while others are sleeping. POOL & DECK The large, 20x40 foot in-ground pool, is heated by both a solar cover and a heater. The pool sits on the south side of the house so the sun is shining on the area for most of the day (perfect for sun bathing). The large, 1,000 square foot deck was heavily researched to be built with the most modern materials. It is made of a newly developed composite material (not wood but feels & looks like wood) so kids do not have to worry about getting splinters in their feet when walking around the pool area. It is also much cooler to the touch than wood. Please note the dock is not available for guest use. The house is perfect for families or up to four couples. NEIGHBORHOOD This property is a 8 minute drive (13 minutes by bicycle) to Marco Island's fabulous 3.5 mile white sand beaches. The main commercial center of the island is less than 5 minutes away and there are numerous places two eat within a mile radius of the property. Thank you for taking the time to read about our home. Clean ,excellent house
This was a great house for two families. It was super clean, great location to park and the beach! Jean was helpful, kind and easy to talk too. I would definitely stay there again. Great place!

Great Holiday
Great Holiday ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The family enjoyed a wonderful week at this villa. It had everything we could want - great pool, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, etc and was very clean and relaxing. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend.

Christmas vacation!
Our family stay on Marco Island was perfect. The home was beautiful and Omar and Kelly were such gracious hosts. We had everything we could ever need right there waiting for us. We were able to ride bikes to the beach, which was just a few blocks away. The pool was so much fun for everyone. My sons enjoyed fishing off the dock and kayaking. The house was spacious, well equipped and we enjoyed our stay just wanted to stay longer! This is a lovely place to visit and I recommend it highly. Thanks to Omar and Kelly for sharing their lovely home.

Perfect Vacation
Our family of eight, including one new grandchild, were looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation after an exciting but hectic start of the year. The house was perfect for us and we couldn't be happier. It had everything we needed - comfortable beds, kitchen with plenty of pans, dishes and small appliances; good wifi, three sofas for movie nights, linens, pool toys, etc. My daughter in law has always been a self proclaimed clean freak and now that she is a mother, she is even more concerned about cleanliness. So when we arrived I crossed my fingers with hopes that all would be fine. I shouldn't have worried, everything was perfect. The layout was perfect for us. During the day, the bedroom wing was nice and quiet for nap time and night time feeds in the main house didn't disturb others. But what we liked most was lounging by the pool. We spent hours sharing stories, reading and just relaxing. It's hard to get the family together these days but we hope to be back. It's by far the best house for our family that we've stayed. Thanking for letting us stay!

Fantastic Family Reunion!!!
Our family has been coming to Marco Island for years. It's a great place for our family which is scattered across the country to come for guaranteed sunshine and fun. Over the years we've stayed at many places and this place ranks high if not the best place we've stayed! The pool area was certainly the best - lots of chairs and tables and the pool was huge LOVED it! Will be back

Best Pool View
Stayed here over the weekend. Love it. My friends and family fall in love with the view, the pool. I would definitely book this again.

Great Family Vacation
Our family of five had a great time at this house. It really was the best pool you could imagine! The kids spent nearly every waking hour there. The layout worked really well for us and the kitchen had everything you could want. The owner checked in to check if we had any questions and give us tips on the area which was a nice touch you don't normally get. All in all a great time and would highly recommend to others

Our Favorite Vacation Rental
Our family has been coming to Marco Island for years and this house is by far now our favorite! At first we stayed at hotels and then started renting homes because of the extra space, privacy and comfort. (And it also worked out cheaper.) We've probably stayed at close to ten different properties and this house is the best. The pool was amazing - it was like we had a whole hotel pool to ourselves - in fact it was bigger than some hotels. We also liked having 3 sofas for everyone to relax on in one room - that was something that no other home we stayed at had, and not something I would have originally thought to look for. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the place was super clean. All in all a great vacation and we will definitely come back!

Fantastic Outdoor Area, Spacious and Comfortable Home
Our Dutch family throughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We came from a long ways away and this house was just what we needed. It was like our own private resort. The pool was huge and spacious with lots of space to soak in the sun as well as space out of the sun. We really appreciated having three sofas in the living room. A lot of the other houses we looked at didn't have this and it worked well for enjoying movies in the evening. We also liked the kitchen which had everything we needed and more for making meals, although most meals were cooked on the outdoor grill. Marco Island did not disappoint especially if you like fishing and boating which we did a lot of. We are looking forward to our next visit.

About the neighbourhood
The estate has an excellent location. Within a mile radius, you'll find the main shopping area on Marco Island; 47 places to eat including the famous Snook Inn and two marinas, Rose and Walkers. And it's just a 8 minute drive (13 minutes by bicycle) to Marco Island's fabulous 3.5 mile powdery white sand beaches. The property also has easy access off the island for when you want to golf or visit Naples and other attractions off the island. Naples is a quick 20 - 30 min away and you can get to Ft Myers International airport in 45 min. Key West is four hours by boat or a quick 45 min flight. Ft Lauderdale and Miami are 1.5 to 2 hrs away. The site has beautiful Wide - Water views where you can see dolphins and, if you're lucky, manatee!
Getting around
Many restaurants offer free car service and taxis are only $6 throughout the island. Uber and local bus service operates on the island as well. A number of places rent bikes.
