Elegant, recently upgraded and designed for total comfort and convenience, this beautiful three bedroom vacation rental has it all. When you first enter this home, you will immediately notice the beautifully tiled floors, high vaulted ceilings, elegant light fixtures, and open concept front living area. This front living room features plush armchairs, a high-end sofa, comfortable loveseat, and classic wooden coffee table. There is a soft area rug that softens up the space, and modern decorative light features that add a soft glow to the room. All of the high-end furniture is in front of a gorgeous wooden entertainment center and flat screen TV. The color scheme of this living room is a combination of whites, tans, and greens to give the room a bright and airy feel. There is a set of sliding glass doors that lead from this living room out to the pool and patio. The living room transitions smoothly into the gourmet kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has an elevated breakfast bar with high top seating, a great place to set out snacks and drinks in the afternoon. This comfortable hang out spot allows guests to interact with family in the living room and kitchen. The open-concept kitchen has a beautiful center island for more counter space, granite counters, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and vaulted ceilings. Beautiful decorative light fixtures hang from the ceiling, and there is an unobstructed view of the pool and channel from the kitchen. This area provides plenty of room to store your family's favorite groceries and cook meals for the family. This recently upgraded kitchen has all of the gadgets and appliances you need to cook as you do at home. From a coffee maker and toaster to wine openers and Tupperware, this kitchen has it all! The kitchen flows into an elegant dining area, set against a wall of windows overlooking the pool. Here you'll find a round, glass top table and seating for four. Elegant furniture and artwork make this a sophisticated and relaxing place to enjoy coffee in the morning or dinner as a family. An intricate chandelier adds character and elegance to this space. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead from this area out to the pool. Stay on top of the family's laundry by utilizing the high-tech washer and dryer in the separate laundry room. This prevents you from heading home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry to do! The whole idea behind a Marco Island vacation is to be able to relax and recharge in complete comfort. This home has three private bedrooms with upscale bedding and island-inspired decor. The master bedroom has a large King size bed in front of a sleek, wall-mounted flat screen and wooden dresser. Beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, and palm tree inspired decor makes this room a tropical paradise. Guests in this room have access out to the patio via sliding glass doors, and a private master bathroom. The master bathroom is something you'll have to see to believe. This massive bathroom is the size of an NYC apartment, and features top of the line finishes from floor to ceiling. Guests will love the gorgeous granite bathtub that sits as an island in the middle of the room. To the right of the tub is an expansive vanity area with double sinks and a mirror that reaches the ceiling. Directly behind the tub is the private shower, a room almost all on its own! The unique architecture of this shower combines ultimate privacy and modern design. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and beach-themed linens and comforters. Two bedside tables have an island-inspired light fixture, and a large window allows plenty of natural light into the room. This bedroom has plush carpeting, a dresser, and a private bathroom. In the bathroom, you'll find a shower/tub combo and beautiful vanity area. The third bedroom has a high-end Queen size bed, contemporary dresser and nightstand set, flat screen TV, and private access out to the pool.
