A room in a charming 1926 renovated 3/1 with hardwood floors, fireplace, ceiling fans in every room, new central a/c, washer/dryer and plenty of parking. Huge yard with mango, lemon, guava, avocado and starfruit trees. We even have room for your boat! Gus an indoor/outdoor cat, is a permanent resident who loves everyone. Bedroom one has a double bed with new mattress, dresser, closet and built-in bookshelves. Bedroom two has a queen size bed with new mattress, dresser, closet and built-in bookshelves.
