The room, one of two in our B & B ( Bed and Breakfast) in our old home is a comfortable & spacious bedroom in beautiful house centrally located just off downtown & Brickell. Enjoy charming garden with dining tables, access to kitchen and dining room as well as uber cool porch.

Notre première impression lorsque nous sommes arrivés chez Ines a été une sensation de bien être tellement la maison étant bien décorée et accueillante. Le quartier est calme. L'hôte nous a accueillis chaleureusement, nous a installés et fait une visite des lieux. La chambre est conforme à la photo. Ines nous a donné de nombreux conseils sur les visites à faire sur Miami. Sa maison est idéalement située (proche aéroport, port, quartier Winwood, Little Havana, Downtown - environ 10/15 mn en uber). Un bon petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages la journée le jour du départ afin que l'on puisse visiter Miami. A recommander.

tres bon acceuil les proprietaires etant eux meme en vacances , leur amie nous a tres bien reçu nous sommes arrives un peu tard ,de suite elle s'est propose pour nous amener faire des courses quand au petit dejeuner tres complet etait execellent acceuil vraiment parfait

Miami Rental
We stayed here after our 10 day cruise. We chose this rental because the property is located between the Port of Miami and Miami Airport. Ines was our hostess. She was kind enough to upgrade us to the larger detached guest house. While we greatly appreciated the upgrade unfortunately her willingness to be flexible wasn't appreciated. While she was happy to receive us early since our cruise ended at 8am. We ended up arriving at about 11am. The house is very homey, cozy and a bit cluttered. It had everything we needed, with a nice garden area for relaxing. Ines was kind enough to print out places for us to eat and listen to music and also offered us breakfast restaurant recommendations. The only down side was when we had asked her for a late check out (after 10am ) or to store our luggage. (We had a late 4pm flight) Ines offered us a place inside her house to store our luggage. She explained she had incoming guests and therefore she couldn't offer us a late check out because she had to clean, Makes sense... Then we asked if we could use the shower in the main house or anywhere to clean up prior to our flight and again Ines wasn't willing to be flexible for our request. After we stored our luggage, Ines left and didn't return until 1pm. A late check out could have easily happened. We should also add that we own and operate a hotel and 2 beach villas. We are always flexible when it comes to guests requests. We found the hosts lack of flexibility disturbing and unwelcoming. We would've given this rental 5 stars if the hostess was more willing to accommodate our request. It's unlikely that we will return to this property.

Perfect
Sometimes when booking through Trip Advisor you worry you won't get what is advertised. This property was more than advertised. My son and I went to Miami to watch the World Baseball Classic at Marlins Park. This property is perfect for anyone who is visiting for baseball or who just wants to relax in Miami. We walked to the one block to Marlins park for four days day while watching others as they negotiated traffic and tried to park. On the one day it was raining, Ines provided us with ponchos. She was a constant source of great information, directing us to local sights, attractions, and eateries which were all exactly what we needed or wanted. She provided open access to her entire home, including her beautiful garden. She printed tickets for us, had great coffee for us, and helped us at every oppurtunity. We may go back to Miami just to visit this wonderful property and our terrific host. Thank Ines, and God bless you for your wonderful attitude and gracious service. Properties like this are what you want when you use Trip Advisor.

Very colorful home
My granddaughter and I stayed in this lovely colorful home with a very very nice lady. She had a lovely backyard and a very nice place to stay in the backyard lights trees very peaceful and serene would stay there again she was very nice to us I would recommend this place to anyone if they want to feel like they were in another location or another country that's how special this house is.

3 days in Miami
My wife and I had a great time in Miami! A large part of it due to Ince The owner of this Property. She is full of local knowledge, and gave great tips to places to eat and visit.A great bed, but no breakfast, not a complaint just a fact.

About the neighbourhood
The home was built in 1926 and it is located very near all of the exciting and interesting places in Miami. The neighborhood is 15 minutes away from South Beach, 10 minutes to Wynwood, 15 to the Design District, 10 to downtown and 5 to Little Havana.
The Marlins ballpark is just walking distance from our Bed and Breakfast. Our street has a beautiful green canopy and our neighbors are delightful and kind.
Many of our guests have realized how close to we are to the main areas of interest and have decided to do away with renting cars and chosing either UBER or Lyft. NeverthelessSouth Florida is a a very horizontal place and if you want to go to the Everglades or to the upper Keys we suggest you rent a car.
