Guys Trip
We had a great time; nothing to complian about. Staff and porperty managers of apartment were great. Always answered questions and took care of things in a timely manner! I would stay here again.

We loved our stay in suite 718
My father, siblings, our spouses, children and grandchildren rented several apartments at the Alexander Oceanfront Resort for a family reunion week. We were thrilled with all our accommodations (all rented through the same property manager), and 718 did not disappoint! The suite is smartly furnished in a contemporary style, bright, and very roomy. This suite's brilliant design with sliding room dividers, allowed us to expand and contract, depending on how many bedrooms we needed over the course of the week. We spent lots of time together in the large, bright living room space and always felt comfortable and relaxed in that environment. We loved that our children and grandchildren could easily enjoy access to both pool and beach. This is a lovely suite and it provided a wonderful setting for great family memories.

exceeded expectations!
I traveled with a group of 10 for a bachelor party. We obviously wanted to be under the same roof to enjoy each other company. The space of provided in 718 was unreal. We had 3 full bathrooms which made getting ready quick and pain free.
9 of us had a bed, and one on a blowup mattress - but who cared at this point.
The facility was well kept and classy. The staff was pleasant and professional.
Uber / cabs were quick to respond, and you are a quick drive to attractions.
I would highly recommend it to anyone. Esp large groups looking for a great time.
I can't wait to book again!

Hurry up with remodel
inside room was pretty good but the rest has a long ways to go. be nice when it's done. service pretty slow and parking kinda tough...beaches and jet skis out the backdoor nice

Awesome Place, Awesome Management
Beautiful Brand new apartment, all modern. 3 Full Bathrooms. On the Beach, building has awesome swimming pools. Best part of the stay is Mark and his amazing staff, they stop at nothing to make their guests have the best vacation possible. Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that wants to have fun in Miami while staying luxuriously on the beach.

the apartment suited our family very well with three full bathrooms and a washing machine/dryer. apartment is kept clean and furnished in modern style. view of beach and bay from terrace. very spacious living room/dining room area. hora management took care of us very well!

Don't waste your money
I spent 4 days in this establishment which cost me a little over 2 grand. I mention the price because for the price the room and service should have been much better. My first complaint is that they are apparently still doing renovations, which caused our balcony to be off limits. That was a huge bummer because the view from the balcony would have been beautiful. Secondly, there were several issues with the inside of the condo. When we arrived the refrigerator was not working and because we rented privately I had to bring the issue to security's attention. Once I told them they told me to call the manager and they would send someone out tomorrow. This was a problem because we had bought quite a bit of food, so I went upstairs and pulled the fridge out myself, come to find out it was unplugged. To keep this short the outside of the resort was scary, the balcony was off limits, I had to move the fridge myself, water took 10 minutes to get hot every time we took a shower, we could only use one tv at a time in the back room because for some reason if one worked the other didn't, there was a loud buzzer sound that went off every 5 minutes in the back bedroom that woke me up, and the stove on the oven was broken. For all the money we paid all of these issues should have been non-existent. The staff however seemed to accommodate us as best they could. I will not be back to this establishment. Next time I will just stay in a hotel because they are cheaper and better maintained.

Great condo for a girls weekend
Although the hotel was under construction, the room was as described. Clean, ready when we were told, plenty of space. Easy access to the beach.

Wonderful experience! Highly recommended.
From beginning to end this experience was easy and flawless. Every issue and communication was responded to almost immediately. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, sunny, clean. Was more than I expected. My kids had an amazing time. Marc was extremely helpful and responsive. I would definitely do this again!

Apartment 718 at The Alexander (7th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft BRAND NEW beautifully furnished and decorated (in March 2015) 3 to converted 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom signature apartment with both intracoastal and ocean views. 2 queen beds, 3 adult single twin beds, and a sofa which converts to full size bed and additional rollaway for added sleeping. Includes a 20-ft balcony, full kitchen with side by side refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter and double bowl sink, washer/dryer, dining area seats 8, living room and den which converts to a 4th bonus sleeping area. 5 HDTV TV's, cable channels and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has been divided into two separate smaller rooms. Both of those rooms have queen beds and has its own private bathroom and area for hanging clothes while the second room has queen bed and windows with its own bathroom in the hallway.
Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 9 guests.

Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. There is a salon and day spa located on the 4th floor. Local activities and attractions include water sports, bicycling, sailing, snorkeling, boating, deep sea fishing, parrot jungle, Seaquarium, Children's Museum, Theatre, Historic Art Deco district, Wynwood, and so much more. Conveniently located just minutes from South Beach and 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from the Port of Miami, Brickell and downtown business district. Golf courses and tennis courts nearby, glamorous night life entertainment, including LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel, Eden Roc both only 8-9 blocks away, Lincoln Mall, Coconut Grove, the Bal Harbour Shoppe's, and Aventura Mall all minutes away. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.
In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved.
