WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL
Welcome Basket
Every rental receives a welcome basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started. Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

The home was incredibly beautiful! Everything we needed to feel at home away from home was there.The swimming pool and patio area is awesome! Everyone loved it ! The location was amazing and absolutely gorgeous! There really are so many things you can enjoy doing right there without having to do a lot of traveling.Which is really nice if you are only going to be staying for a short time. The pristine beach and ocean, all the restaurants, stores and shops,museums, the list goes on and that's just in the immediate area! I would highly recommend staying there and the longer you can stay the better ! There's no way a person can truly experience all this place has to offer in just 5 days!

Long Weekend Getaway!
Pros: It's about a mile from the beach, so this is a great location. We shared this house with some friends as we had a wedding to go to down in Naples. Girls went shopping and the guys went to the Tiki bars in the area.
Cons: Not to many cons. There is just a few upcharges that should be included in the price of the house

For clarity on the upcharges for the benefit of those who read this review.
Our pricing models work like hotels. Most of our properties are on a nightly rate system. This affords our guests to check-in/out any day of the week and to stay as long (or as short) as they like.
Our tenant changeover fee of $195 pays for the house to be cleaned both before our guests arrive and after our guest leaves. Certainly you can appreciate cleaning a whole house is a lot more work than cleaning a hotel room.
10% sales & tourist tax is added.
There is also a Accidental Damage Waiver of $99. This replaces the old concept of putting several thouands on deposit for security deposit.
Most guests would rather pay a nominal fee than to put out a large security deposit.
Finally, this property is professionally managed with a local staff available 24/7 to attend to your needs. Our booking fee helps offset our staffing to provide great conceirge services.

Wonderful stay

Fourth of July Weekend in Naples
We had a great time in Naples. We were there for the 4th of July weekend and although it rained a lot, the house was so comfortable and we did not mind staying in. The location of the house was perfect for us. The property owner was very kind and help us inmediately with questions we had about the house and the team at Naples Florida Vacation Homes was superb. We loved the house so much that when we go plan our next vacation in Naples we will try to rent it again.

Recently we had made reservation for the Pascoli beach condo, but unfortunately they had a water lead the day before our arrival, so they offered us to use the Neapolitan vacation home. At first we were hesitant, however, we have to say, we loved our time at the Neapolitan home. The house is even more beautiful than shown on the picture. Bed in master is very confortable. Everyting we needed was there. We would go back anytime! We could walk to the beach. hosever, a tlittle far from dowtown. Other than downtown, house is very close to everything. There is an awesome "Whole food" grocery and a Blue Martini bar few blocks away. Restaurants in the ares are just ok. House is very clean. We recommand

Best Vacation in a Long Time
I was so pleasantly surprised when I opened the door. The house was beautiful and very clean. The pool area was relaxing and had everything you could ask for. It was close to beaches and shopping. The garage was stocked with lawn chairs, sand toys, beach umbrellas. When you book through Florida Vacation Homes all you have to bring is your suitcase. I thoroughly the 4 days I spent in Naples and will definitely do it again!

Luxurious, accessable and great fun - want to do this again..
Great accomodies. Very nice beds, great and spacious pool, easy acces to the beach. The outdoor grill did not work but beach chairs, umberellas and beachgames for the kids were available. Obviously been rented by quality contient families, with high expectations. Simple things as paperbacks, kichen spices, detergent, plastic cups, containers, zip lock bags etc were available from previous guests and made the initial days easy and doing the same a pleasure. I will definately seek availability at this property again if going to Naples!

Dirty coutertops and fridge with a cold pool make for a poor vac
While the actual home and it's location in Naples was refurbished and nice, the cleanliness ruined the entire effect. The new marble countertop was covered in coffee grounds and and cheese, and the refridgerator was not properly cleaned from the previous guest. The sheets in the master bedroom were covered in hair. We contacted mgmt immediately, although we cleaned up the mess. We were issued a $30 credit for the "alleged inadequate cleaning". What a hastle to be constantly contacting Naples Florida Vaction Homes. Also had trouble with the pool heater that was not turned on until we arrived. We had paid for pool heat, and it did get warm, but not until the end of our week stay. The house is very close to the beach and the area was fairly quiet.
