    The unit is on the 1st floor of a 4 floor building. No stairs! The complex has its own, heated swimming pool and hot tub. Shopping at the local supermarket is within a short walk. Lely resort offers two public golf courses. Close to Naples and Marco Island beaches. The living-room has a flat screen 42' television with Wifi. The unit has a king-size bed in the master bedroom and a ceiling fan. The master bedroom has a flat screen television with adjoining bathroom. The second bathroom comprises two twin beds. Both bathrooms are fitted with comfort height toilets (17'). Beach towels and beach chairs available. We have grandkids so, if you have a small child traveling with you, we have a Pack n'Play (playpen bed) and Booster seat (portable high chair) available for your use.     Interaction with guests: 
    You will find your keys in a lockbox on the front door. The combination number will be given to you after you've made your payment. During the winter months (from late October to mid-April) we live close by so we can personally respond to any problems and questions. During the summer months, we have a personal friend (a neighbor) who responds to any issues.

    Lovely time in Naples

    Well located. Well kept. Clean. Michael came promptly when the smoke alarms started to chirp. Can't ask for much more. Lovely garden view, by the way.

    Beautiful Coral Falls

    About the neighbourhood
    Within a short walk of the condo there is a Publix supermarket in a shopping plaza with various banks and a restaurant we would recommend. It is a short drive to Lely Resort Golf & Country Club where there are two courses open to the public. Not far away, there are beaches at Marco Island and Naples itself. There is a park close by with a wetland and we recommend guests walk or bike round it, observing the wildlife.
    Getting around
    A car is essential. There is a local bus service but the frequency of buses is irregular. The nearest bus stop is at the shopping plaza close by. We use bicycles for trips to the shopping plaza, library and park because there are plenty of bicycle paths and the traffic on the side roads is light.
