Lovely 2/2 condo in Royal Harbor. Great view of the water. Fully equipped condo with everything you can possibly imagine, and then some! Very comfortable and a great location downtown. Heated pool, tennis court/pickleball court, grill. 2 covered parking spots. Less than 2 miles to fabulous Naples beaches. Walk over to Bonefish Grill, Tin City, Bayfront, etc. Note that the minimum rental is 30 days and you will have to fill out an application for COA approval. No smoking, no pets.
