Welcome to fabulous Naples Glades Golf Club. Very private,bright and clean, one floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, 1300 air conditioned sq. ft., fully furnished, in the private area of Glades Country Club.
The kitchen has been remodelled. Well stocked with small appliances and cooking utensils for all your cooking needs.
Large spacious rooms,large lanai,
High-speed internet (wi-fi), TV, DVD,dishwasher, washer and dryer are included. All utilities are included.
Golf privileges are $120. Fees are only $45 per game , cheapest in the area!
Step out of your lanai onto well maintained grounds and walk 100 feet to a secluded heated swimming pool. Great community.
The two bedrooms are separated by a very large living room and each have their own ensuite. The master bedroom has a king siz...

Perfect Place To Stay
This is one of the best locations I have been at! The host is very nice and helpful! The house was clean and organized! The beach was about 15 minutes by car. The pool was only a short walk away and the house was at a great place, close to stores. There were many places to take nice walks and enjoy the florida heat. The location was quiet, had many places to park and could accommodate me, my daughters, my aunt, and her two kids. I would 100% stay again!

Confused
We were a bit mislead. After trying to book a tee time a couple days after we arrived we were told had no golf privileges. We were informed that this property is to only be rented by the month and that Eve knows that and should not have rented to us. Because we were not staying a month or longer we couldn't use the pool, golf, or eat at the 19th Hole. Our receipt shows that we paid 125.00 for golf privileges. When I contacted Eve I was told two things. First to go back to the office and tell them we had extended our stay and that it wasn't their business how long we were there for. I explained we were not comfortable going back and lying about our stay. Second I was told that Flipkey had charged me for the golf and she had no knowledge of Flipkey charges when I asked that she refund our 125.00. I am also confused as to how all the contact emails just disappeared from the site. We chose the Glades because of the golf and the fact that there was a pool. I am not a golfer but my husband is. We were happy thinking he could get in a couple rounds of golf, I would enjoy the pool, then off we would go to enjoy the beach, shopping, etc. I am not telling anyone not to book, the place is very nice. We are just disappointed that we are out 125.00 and from our conversation, Eve doesn't appear willing to help us get that money back. If you stay at Glades, be aware that it is not a short term rental.

Thanks for your stay . Sincerely sad for misunderstanding, and we try to do , but I am glad you end up getting to play and did enjoy our place . As you know , it took a little awhile to get your refunds or golf fee because we were out of town , and did not try purposely keep your money ,but eventually you did receive in full , thanks for your patients

Great location!
This is a wonderful condo in a convenient location in Naples! It’s on the Glades golf course too! The condo is very clean and nicely furnished. Eva (the owner) is great to work with and accommodating. We really enjoy her condo and can’t wait to visit again!

Have been staying at Eva's for the last 4 years. Clean, comfortable, well equipped. Close to grocery, beach and many restaurants. Nice community.

Peacock bass trip
This place was super clean and beautiful it was so centrally located 5-15 minute drive max to everywhere you want to go I will be back here again no question asked. Owner was very nice and helpful with any questions. This place is a gem cant wait to go back

Home away from home
Eva was wonderful and her place even nicer than I thought it would be. Being a first time renter I wasn't sure what to expect but she made it all easy from start to finish and was very flexible and fair with us. I now know why she's so filled up most of the time--she's great to work with and I am so glad we picked her place. It was super close to shopping, and a great launching off point for our adventures in and around Naples. Can't thank her enough and would definitely stay there again when I go back to Naples!!!

Perfect Condo & location
Eva, the owner of Glades condo promptly answered all the questions I had during the rental process. We couldn't have been happier with the rates, the condo location and the unit. The condo was fully stocked for a home away from home feeling, and was centrally located for our purpose. I highly recommend Eva's condo and we hope to be return renters the next time we vacation in Naples, FL.

Good place to spend the winter
This is a very clean and well stocked condo. We do not play golf but you can enjoy Naples with out golf, is just a few miles from the beach down town Naples. I may be back next year and stay all winter in FL

Great comfort, great host
My husband and I spent three months here, November '13 to Jan '14, and enjoyed every single moment. The house is comfortable and fully equipped and Eva is a friendly and discreet host with a special taste for cozy details. We would certainly recommend this villa to anybody looking to feel "at home away from home". The community is very active, the golf course quite right, beachse, downtown and shopping can be reached in 5 minutes driving.

Amazing vacation
That was a perfect vacation! Steps away from the pool. Condo is conveniently located very close to downtown, and all the restaurants and stores. Very nicely designed. The owner was very accommodating. I am definitely coming back!
