Villa
Super clean and sanitized according to Covid 19 State of Florida Guidelines. The vaulted ceilings and large Windows give the upstairs Turtle Beach villa a very spacious feel in a relaxing setting of Island colors and wood tones. No major highways to cross when going to the beach so it's safe for your family and only a short stroll, about 70 steps. Bath towels, beach towels, and linens are all provided along with a well-equipped kitchen. There is a laundry in the Villa. Outdoor BBQ is available for use and your own private outdoor patio seating and table to have your breakfast or coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening with your friends. We are close to everything. Supermarket and drug store are only 1/2 mile away.

1. lock all doors and windows.
2. Remove all trash to the designated area by the street
3. leave no dirty dishes. Clean dishes in the dishwasher is acceptable.
4. Reset air conditioner to 78 degrees
5. Unplug coffee pots
6. Leave all house keys on kitchen counter
7. Replace furniture where found upon arrival, if you moved it.

About the neighbourhood
New Smyrna Beach is a relaxing yet Fun Town. There are many restaurants and bars close to our house with good food and a variety of cuisines. The local grocery store and Drug Store and liquor store are all within a half a mile of the house. On Saturday mornings there is a farmers market offering fresh produce and many arts and crafts booths. Several times a month they have Street events on the mainland and on Beachside that are fun to attend. The beach is only 70 steps away from our house and visible from the upstairs Villa. There are no highways to cross going to the beach with your family. Hill Street is a small single-lane beach sand Road on top of the beach Dune. Paddle boards, kayak's, bicycles & motorized carts rent near by.
