Your comfort is a top priority and comfortable beds with quality linens are provided. You will find plenty of towels for your use, and a stackable washer and dryer if you need to do any laundry during your stay. The open living room features a sofa, 2 cozy chairs, and a 47" LCD TV with cable and a Blu-ray DVD player. It is perfect for movie nights! Roku in all rooms with access to Spectrum cable TV app and streaming apps(must have your own login). For those on a working vacation or kids who attend homeschool, no problem, this home offers a desk and WiFi is provided. The fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need, including utensils, pots, pans, cutlery, a toaster, a toaster oven, a crock pot, and even a panini maker. For your beverage needs, a Keurig machine(with a drip coffee maker), a margarita blender, filtered water, and an ice maker are provided. A high chair is also provided for those traveling with small children. After a fun day at the beach, come home to enjoy an afternoon siesta in the spacious master bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, and a 24" TV with an ensuite bath featuring a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed and 34" smart TV. Just outside in the hallway is the 2nd bath featuring a tub with a shower. Perfect for families traveling with children, this 3rd bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and a 24" TV. When it's time to hit the beach, we have you covered. A cooler, an umbrella, boogie boards, beach chairs, a skimboard, and plenty of beach towels are provided. Plus, the keyless entry system allows you to enjoy your day at the beach without worrying about losing the key. For those traveling with their furry friend, this home is pet-friendly and allows for up to 2 pets! 30lb max. New Smyrna is a pet-friendly community with many area restaurants allowing outdoor seating for your pet. There are also one-of-a-kind pet boutiques that are sure to spoil your furbaby. A dog beach, at the Smyrna Dunes Park, is also close by on the northern tip of the island. Please remember, all pets must remain on a leash while visiting. Centrally located, and across the street from the beach via a small dirt road, the Family Tides beach home is only minutes from shopping, dining and all that New Smyrna Beach has to offer. Close by is the 27th Avenue park which offers a playground, basketball court, racquetball courts, and picnic pavilion which is sure to keep everyone entertained after a day on the beach. Other area things to do nearby include area art galleries, the Marine Discovery Center, scenic boat tours, kayak, electric bike, and paddleboard tours as well as the area's many events on Flagler Avenue and Canal Street. If you're in the mood for a night out, the Flagler Avenue bars and restaurants are just a five-minute Uber ride away.
