Our one bedroom apartment is perfect for your long or short term stay. This apartment is situated within a small complex but does have its own private entrance and front porch. The space is cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a short or long term stay. This apartment is a part of a small complex of 5 with a shared back yard space. This apartment is the only one with its own private porch and swing. Everything inside the home is of course private. Everything outside of your unit including the community game room and backyard is a shared space. This apartment is a part of a small complex of 5 units. All your neighbors are guests like yourself and likely are traveling for work or pleasure. I do have one elderly man who lives in the east most apartment. He tends to the yard and takes care of our plants as well. He lives here full time and his privacy and right to a peaceful living environment should be respected.

About the neighbourhood
Our small apartment complex made up of 5 units, sits on the corner of a residential road. Right across the street is a shopping plaza, and we are just a 2 min drive to larger commercial traffic areas. The property itself is very peaceful and tranquil, but you will see cars driving by on the street.
Getting around
I would recommend renting a car during your time at the home to explore all of the Bradenton area and beaches, with access to Sarasota and siesta key!
