Amazing villa and location
We loved everything about this villa in fact we already booked to go again in aug/Sept 2025, host Lucia is fantastic and always responsed quickly

Very Clean
Very clean nice house. Close to the parks, had all the ammnenities. Nice pool and the owner is wonderful to work with. Will definately go back and highly recommend.

Perfect!
This house was perfect for us. It was spacious and we loved having our own pool. It was much more convenient to stay here with kids than in a hotel. It is in a really cute and quiet neighborhood and it is very close to the parks.
Only two shortcomings... 1. the master suite gets a bit cooler than the rest of the house and 2. The only common bathroom had two doors: one that went to the house and the other to the pool area. If that is the preferred entry to and from the pool then it is inconvenient to have a bathroom there.
Overall it was exactly what we're needed and will stay again in the future!

Great 3 weeks at The Haven.
Just returned from 3 lovely weeks spent at The Haven in the beautiful Emerald Island resort in Kissimmee.
House was a great size with plenty room for our party of eight.
Everything you will need for cooking is available in the well appointed kitchen.
The pool area was a good size and having the spa was a great way to unwind after a long day at the nearby theme parks.
Also having a door coming directly from the 3rd bathroom out to the pool area was very helpful if needing to make a quick toilet visit from the pool area 😊
The garage is also well set up having both a washer and dryer.There is table soccer, a retro gaming machine with over 50 pre installed games as well as an X-Box and games to keep the young ones entertained.
The location of the villa and indeed the resort makes it the perfect choice for the Disney parks as well as the likes of Sea world, Universal,outlet shopping and of course I-drive.
Minutes from the resort you have I-92 which has an abundance of eating outlets, gift shops and Wal Mart is about a 5-10 minute drive from The Haven.
Overall would definitely recommend the villa and the resort and we shall return again in the future.

Week with family
We just came back from a great week in all the parks spending one day in between relaxing at the house in the pool. The kids, nonna and grandpa enjoyed the evenings relaxing in the pool. The place was very nice and great location! So close to the parks! We will be back one day.

Great Location
Great location. About 15 mins drive to the Disney parks and about 30 mins to Universal. Its a big house compared to UK standards for a 4 bed with 3 bathrooms. Big Wallmart close by. Everything great and would recommend.

Wonderful home. We are return customers.
This is a wonderful villa, convenient to shopping, restaurants and the theme parks. We actually stayed home some days and just relaxed in the private pool and hot tub. We love it here.

Brilliant
We had a two week stay at this villa. We couldn’t fault it. Pool was a wonderful break from a long day at the parks. Lucia went over and above making sure we had a nice stay. Everything you need in the villa a real home from home we will stay again in the near future thanks lucia.

The Haven Emerald Island
The house is very nice. It is equipped with everything you would need except face clothes and dish clothes. When we arrived there was a lot of dirt in the pool. I contacted the owner and it was taken care of three days later. The furniture in the house (especially the table and chair set) is falling apart. There is one phone in the house and it is located in one of the master bedrooms. Poor location for a two master house and we never could make a call on the phone even after contacting the owner about the issue. There were also a lot of ants in the house. Especially in the bathroom at the back of the house. So bad the kids wouldn't even go in there. This house definitely has potential but some work is needed to bring it up to acceptable standards.

Thanks so much for your opinion- it is very important to us- and i was pleased to know that you liked the house and enjoyed your stay.
As soon as you notify that the telephone was not working, the MC went to the house and found that it was just that it was taken to the kitchen and unplugged and we call the house later and it was working. Also we send someone to clean the pool and we had a storm the night before your arrival and the wind must bought some leaves to the pool. I was surprised that you mention ants in the house, as no other guest complained about it and we have a periodic pest control, but for sure we could have done a new pest control during your stay, if we were notified that you have seen any aunt in the house.
About the furniture i am sure there is some confusion as our funiture is new and well taken care of and your first contact was to say that the house was lovely.
