This home is ideally situated in the popular Hampton Lakes resort -Davenport which is located on US 27 between Rt 192 and Highway I-4. It's known as the 'Golden Triangle' of vacation villas. Hampton Lakes is the perfect spot. It is very close to the I-4 at Champions Gate, which will take you to Disney, SeaWorld, Universal, Discovery Cove, ESPN Wide World of Sports, beaches on the east and west coasts, shopping malls, several championship golf courses, Busch Gardens, and the Space Centre. It certainly has the best of all worlds. At the heart of the community, steps away from this villa, there are 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, beach volleyball court, and 2 children's playgrounds. Take a scenic stroll around the area which is surrounded by palm trees or a 5-minute drive will take you to the busy Rt 192 area with crazy golf, restaurants, and shops galore. For the avid golfer, there is the delightful Champions Gate Golf Course a few miles away ( two 18 hole courses both designed by Greg Norman).

This property was, for the most part, quite a nice place to stay for our group of thirteen people. The only problem with the property that we had is that some of the appliances are in serious need of updating. Specifically, the washer and dryer and the dishwasher.

All appliances were checked and handled accordingly. The house got a new roof and a new set sofas. Pool was newly resurfaced too.

Ok villa suits it purpose but prefer a more modern villa with amenities
Ok location, more of residential location no club house any more or play area and no security ever there just camera Surveillance the villa was basic and tired served its purpose it was very fusty smell on arrival
I preferred Windsor Hills where i stayed before better location better amenities and gated security also learning from work colleagues with great feed back Champions gate is the place to be and i checked it out it certainly is has a lazy river clubhouse can get meals there so end of busy day you can eat on site
I had bad experience with the BBQ hire started cooking for first time on the bbq gas run out no gas which was not a goods experience with 18 person to cook for gas was brought out next day at 126usd for rental you would expect gas supply with spare bottle

Review for home
This was a nice home but did run into some problems like one of the bathrooms sink leaked underneath also the cold water pressure in the whole house was not good not sure of the problem, in one of the bedrooms the sceiling fan did not work which made it hot cause with 16ppl in home the air conditioner was not top also dishwasher did not close properly and leaked underneath. Also the Last I can think about is the bbq was disgusting when lit it smoked alot cause it was not maintained well and their was rusty spots in it. We as a group had a good time but thought the home could have been in a little better shape.

Great place to stay!
We loved it here. It was a nice to be able to use the club house. Lots of stores by for shopping. We would go there again.

Amazing stay in the Orlando area
This is a great rental villa, in a nice quiet neighborhood, with all amenities close by.
Nicely equipped and modern house, with a great pool and hot tub. Very comfortable stay, with no issues at all. Michelle the villa owner is great, and
gets back to you very quickly with all answers.
Everything is close by, and the property is central to the Orlando area.

Amazing Stay at Hampton Lakes
The house we stayed in was large well laid out and fit all our needs.
For the price, you can't get anything better.

Our gorgeous 7 bedroom home is located in a quiet resort community but is amazingly only situated about10 minutes drive away from Walt Disney World. Sea World and Universal Islands of Adventure and all the shopping delights of International Drive all are about 20 short minutes Away. Only minutes from the bustle of Highway 192 and I-4. Just 2 miles away, there is a Walmart Super centre for all your shopping bargains. With easy access to Interstate 4 both coasts and Tampa are within 50-90 minutes drive so making easy day trips to Kennedy Space Centre, Daytona Beach or Busch Gardens and the Gulf Coast. All your dining needs are catered for with many restaurants within a few minutes drive.
GOLF - you are close to some the areas best Golf Courses if you are intending a golf vacation. You will be close to so many great courses catering to every skill level!
