The rear Florida Room, screened Porch is perfect for relaxing in the evening, listening to the birds sing, having a game of cards..or just discuss the day. The rear garden is fully enclosed with a privacy fence, ideal for children and pets.
Look out for our resident wild rabbit 'Roland', he generally comes visiting early morning and after 5 PM in the evening!! He likes a carrot or 2 so don't be afraid to give him a little snack...as long as it's veggie!! The house has full Central Air Conditioning, double glazed windows to keep it cool in summer and warm in the 'winter'?!! A very comfortable house with tile floors throughout, makes it easy to keep clean and minimum maintenance. We enjoy staying there, hope you do too.

Please respect our home and our neighbors. We do not allow smoking in the house but you are welcome to smoke in the smoking area outside the Lanai and in the garden. We do allow pet and service dogs after discussion and agreement between owner and guests, we ask that you do not allow pets on the furniture or beds. If the grill is used please clean afterwards. Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and trash in trash cans in the garage, place all dirty bath towels and cloths on bathroom floors.

We rented this lovely vacation home during the Christmas holidays while visiting our son and grandchildren in the area.
I will begin by saying that the owners are exemplary! They really work diligently to make sure that guests feel as if they are at ‘home’.
When we arrived, we found a loaf of fresh bakery bread, milk, butter, scones, fresh fruit.... AND, an array of delicious teas and coffee were located in a fully stocked kitchen. Plenty of tableware and utensils were found to create meals st home. A newer stacked washer dryer combo was also provided and so appreciated!
A welcome notebook carefully prepared by the owners gave nice overview of the home, provided appliance operation instructions, etc...
There was a spacious family area with a large flatscreen TV, Wi-Fi, etc.... a large dining table was perfect for family meals, and the room was even decorated for the Christmas season! Just off this area was a 4 seasons porch that spanned the length of the house. A CLEAN barbecue grill was even provided! The yard was fenced in back and very private!!
Three bedrooms and two baths were fully stocked with shampoos, conditioners, lotions, etc... with more than enough towels including beach towels!! The beds were comfortable and rooms were spacious.
There were even toys and and beach chairs available for the smaller guests!!
My husband and I enthusiastically recommend this rental home and we would definitely rent from these owners again!!

Family Holiday Vacation
We were very pleased with Green Gables! We felt very comfortable working with Virginia. When we arrived, her and her husband met us at the house and made us feel like part of their family. We were surprised to see the house decorated for Christmas. It was wonderful. She had also made soap for us which was very kind. In addition, she had goodies such as donuts, fruit and beverages in the refrigerator for us. It was great to arrive there and not have to immediately drive to a store since we had just been in the car for many many hours driving from NY to Florida. The house was very quiet and comfortable and was very convenient for us as it was located close by our family who live in that area. We would highly recommend this property and Virginia.

We could not be HAPPIER! Home and Owners rate a A ++++++++++
We had a wonderful time at Green Gables. The location was perfect for us and the house is very well appointed and the owners thought of everything. We met Virginia when we checked in, lovely lady, she even left us some of her handmade soap. The fenced yard is perfect, the house is tiled thru out, and very comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was nice as well. WiFi worked great. We went to the Brevard Zoo and had a wonderful visit and then had our daughter and Grandchildren over for some birthday cake and ice cream. We are long time renters from VRBO and TripAdvisor and we highly recommend this house and the owners.

Family vacation
O my goodness we have been having such an amazing time here The house is beautiful and vary well kept But when we arrived Virginia and her husband meet us at the house and made us feel so welcomed If anyone is looking for a beautiful place to stay with there family for vacation This is it close to everything clean will kept and friendly We're all looking forward to coming back

The home was awesome
The house was beautiful everything we would need was provided. The landlords were very kind and hospitable. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Palm Bay we will definitely stay here again.

We are on a quiet residential street, walking distance to Bayside Lakes and the Majors Gulf Club. It's a perfect spot for fishing adventures, with plenty of room to park your boat and trailer. Ideally located close to great fishing spots like, Stick Marsh and Headwaters Lake, a Bass fisherman's dream. We are minutes from Up the Creek Farms, a popular wedding venue. Just 30 minutes drive to beautiful beaches. Approx 1-1.5 hours to Orlando International Airport and Attractions, an hour away from Kennedy Space Center.
Getting around
Most of our guests have their own transportation, there is a bus service just a couple of blocks away. Publix and other stores, and restaurants are within walking distances for our energetic guests and just 5 minutes away by car in Bayside Lakes Shopping Center. information on places to eat, shop etc. are provided at check in.
