There is a private balcony off the master suite with partial bay views. -High-speed internet -70 inch smart TV that is capable of Netflix, Hulu, Etc (just use your login.) -“Everyone” brand lavender & aloe shampoo and body wash in each bathroom (no synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, or dyes) -Parking accommodates two cars. -Outdoor grill (gas) The entire house is accessible except for a small supply closet we keep locked off the kitchen. I am easily available by messaging me through the Airbnb app. I am often highlighted for my excellent communication. You can count on prompt responses. This is a lovely neighborhood nestled alongside historic downtown and a quick drive to the beach. There are tons of restaurants, shops, museums, and things to do all within a quick walk or easy drive. Hop on a scooter to get around quickly or enjoy a leisurely stroll among the mossy live oaks. Walking distance or a quick drive: 0.1 miles: Joe Patti’s: World famous seafood market featuring fresh seafood, a sushi bar, a dessert bar with cakes coffee, and ice cream, a deli, a wine shop, and more. 0.1 miles: J.W. Renfroe Pecan Co. has a fabulous assortment of nuts, treats, and a gift shop. 0.3 miles: Corrine Jones Park. Great playground and paved walking trail. 0.3 miles: Bruce Beach with kayak and boat launch access, picnic tables, and a little sandy waterfront area to relax 0.4 miles: Nick‘s Boathouse. Seafood and American-style restaurant with a great patio and beautiful oceanfront views. 0.5 miles: Blue Wahoos stadium. Minor-league baseball with frequent fireworks sightings from our balcony! 0.5 miles: Maritime Park. Large park with plenty of walking trails with water views and open fields for a picnic. Also large playground area. 0.5 miles: Emerald Republic Brewing: local brewery and tasting room 0.5 miles: Union Public House: unique gastropub-style restaurant with outdoor seating 0.8 miles: The Garden at Palafox + Main: beautiful food truck pavilion also featuring a bar and dessert shop 1 mile: Pensacola Bay Cruises: local day cruise line that will take you to Pensacola Beach and Fort Pickens 1.1 miles: The Fish House: Harborside seafood restaurant with frequent live music 1.2 miles: Perfect Plain and Odd Colony Breweries: local craft breweries Driving: 15-20 minutes to Pensacola Beach 12-15 minutes to Pensacola Airport 15-20 minutes: Naval Aviation museum and Pensacola NAS We are within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, playgrounds, coffee shops, and so much more. Also, Uber, Lyft, and taxis are easily available. Bird, Lime, Spin, and other electronic scooters are often available near the house and downtown in addition to a few minutes walk from the house across from Wahoo Stadium on Main St. We provide a starter pack of supplies for your stay. It includes two trash bags, two dishwashing pods, two laundry pods, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, plenty of dish soap, cleaning spray, shampoo, and body wash, as well as kitchen and dish towels. Two car max on property. Additional off-property street parking is often available. Six guests max at any time unless prior approval. On-site gas grill. Potential for noise with traffic nearby. We are on Main St. We have a box fan in the master bedroom to help reduce noise.
