The first floor has a secondary living room with sleeper sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen television, and gaming table. There are two guest bedrooms on the first floor as well. The mother-in-law suite furnished with a comfortable queen bed attached to the jack and jill bathroom. The kids' bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed with twin trundle and wall-mounted flat-screen television. The laundry room is on the first level just before you walk out to the four-seasons room. The outdoor living here is superb! The four-seasons room is perfect for family gatherings and it leads out to the paver patio complete with Edison lights overhead making for great ambiance. This home allows for up to three vehicles; one in the garage and two in the driveway. The home has high-speed wireless internet and Hulu television service on all television. The Arborgate community is just minutes from the Famous "Flora-Bama" and is surrounded by state parks, miles of off-road walking, jogging and biking trails. There is a beautiful golf course within a short walk away, and another right over the bridge. The Arborgate community also just steps away from a public kayak/paddleboard/canoe launch site into the calm intercoastal waterway and 0.8 of a mile from Holiday Harbor Marina, offering convenient boat docking for a small fee.
