Wonderful Condo!
Wonderful condo!!! Very close to the ocean. We sat on the deck and watched the sunrise every morning...beautiful! The condo was very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed... Linda is great to work with...

Wonderful condo!!
Great condo! It looked exactly like the photos. Easy walk to the beach and close to lots of resturants. Owner Linda was very nice and answered all of my first time condo renter questions.

Wonderful Condo!
We had a wonderful time on our vacation. Summerhouse 447 was everything we hoped for in a condo. It had all the comforts of home. The condo was clean, the beds were very comfortable and she had all utensils and pans we needed in the kitchen. It was a pleasure working with Linda. You won't be disappointed...

Great vacation condo
Couldn't be more pleased with our condo stay. The condo overlooked the pool and the beach. Was very clean and had everything we needed. Short drive into town for restaurants and visiting the sights. Would definitely recommend. There were 5 of us and enough room for everyone to have space. Great stay!!

Beautiful stay at Summerhouse 447
We loved our stay at Summerhouse. The condo was beautiful with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was so close and the ocean was just steps away. The condo owner was very quick to answer any questions. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful
Another visit to Linda’s condo is coming to an end. :(. Absolutely breathtaking views and the condo is top notch. Linda goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. A glorious 12 days of rest & relaxation . Can’t wait to come back.

Fantastic Beach Vacation
My wife and I stayed in this condo over spring break. We were pleasantly surprised of the actual size of the unit (rental pictures are usually deceiving). It was super clean, beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and several days we never left the complex. The pools are extremely clean and the few times we crossed paths with the staff, they were professional and friendly. We look forward to the next opportunity we have to stay here.

Exactly What We Needed!
This condo development has a extremely well-kept heated/cooled pool in each pod. There are tennis courts, pickle ball courts, grills, and a playground. Unit 447 is on the second floor, just steps from the beach, with a very nice view of the ocean from the balcony. Be advised there is no elevator. Accommodations were perfect - there were starter items like tp, coffee filters, spices, soaps, etc - enough until we could get shopping. Owners were wonderful to work with.
Mornings are absolutely stunning on the beach. Be sure to get up to at least one sunrise! It is wide open, with a mile of natural sand dunes to the right and miles of beautiful homes to the left. The sand was flat and compact - perfect for long walks. One of the best hidden secrets EVER. Condo provided chairs and umbrella. People rode bikes on the sand as well as cars. At the time we visited the beach was almost empty.
Crescent Beach Bar n Grill is fabulous for a light meal and drink right down the street and they have entertainment some nights. Columbia Restaurant in St. Augustine is our favorite, and the Distillery and Fountain of Youth Park are a must do while there. We also went to the St. Augustine Wild Reserve which was incredible if you like big cats. Up close and very personal. The tour guide even called to the wolves and hyenas as we left and they ANSWERED with crazy howling! So fun.

The owner has done everything for you to enjoy your stay!!
The condo is clean, fully equipped and in great location. The community is quiet, well maintained and yet close to all of the attractions in Close St. Augustine.
We were VERY pleased, we would rent from the owner any time again.

Relaxing family vacation!
My wife and I booked this unit 447 for a quick vacation for our family. I was hesitant on booking an ocean view unit instead of ocean front but was pleasantly surprised that you have a great view of the ocean from the balcony and you have a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean perfect for seeing the sunrise from outside the front door. The uncrowded beach is a very short walk from the unit. This unit is well stocked with everything you need. Linens ,cooking utensils, etc. You are a short drive to St. Augustine for more activity but Summer House is located right at Fort Mantanzas where you feel as if you are away from it all. Linda was very responsive to any questions we had. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. This was the most relaxing vacation i have been on. Do not hesitate renting this unit you will not be sorry.

Getting to the condo is very easy. If coming by plane - the nearest airport is Jacksonville, Fl.
If driving, the closest Interstate Highway is I-95. The condo is located on Crescent Beach (south Saint Augustine). The address is 8550 A1A South, Saint Augustine, Fl. 32080. A1A is the Ocean Highway.
The Summerhouse complex has excellent parking. You will have your own parking space in front of the condo. If you have guests visiting there are plenty of guest parking spaces.
