This spacious and sunny old Florida cottage features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and an open concept kitchen living room area that opens into a spacious patio. Recent upgrades have been made to the property including new living and dining furniture and new carpets in the bedrooms. Surrounded by multi-million dollar homes, this is a unique property on Captiva. Deeded private beach access to Turner Beach just a few houses down.
On September 2022, our area was impacted by Hurricane Ian, a Category 4 storm. Our community has been significantly impacted by this historic storm, and hurricane recovery efforts are still in progress. Please note this is the guest house of a larger complex on Captiva and is located at the very front of the property. with the remaining home located all the way at the back of the property. The two homes share one entrance from the road.
