Unit 204 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 and 1/2 bath condo. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen along with a washer and dryer. There is one king bed and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. Set back from the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The Gulf Gate property is located directly on the beautiful white sands of St Pete Beach. Enjoy the heated pool, hot tub and private beach access. Groceries, numerous dinning choices and shopping are near by.
