Seaclusion is located in Seagrove Highlands in the beach community of Seagrove along 30-A in the Florida Panhandle. It is a short bike ride to popular Seaside or Watersound. Seagrove Highlands is a four story condominium complex located a few blocks north of 30-A. When exiting the community you just have a short walk to the beach. Somerset Bridge Road runs directly into a beach access. I provide you with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, and beach toys. The complex has a pool, and a dock overlooking Lake Mira where you can fish or enjoy feeding the turtles. There are also charging stations for golf carts. Seaclusion has been completely renovated. Renting guest must be over the age of 25 per HOA rules. Quiet hours between 10:00 PM to 8:00AM. No parties or events. No pets allowed. Custom Rental Agreement will be sent via Docusign upon booking which must be signed within 3 days of booking.
