Unit A & B: Arrive at these first floor units one located in the front and one located in the rear of the building. Each of these units offers 700 sq. ft. of modern coastal themed living. Entering through the front door you step into the kitchen and dining area of this open concept space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. The dining area is furnished with a leafed dining set able to expand and accommodate 4. Moving towards the rear of the unit you come into the living room area furnished with ample comfortable seating, equipped with flat screen HD TV with access to your favorite streaming services, and a sleeper sofa. There is a private patio accessed through the sliding glass door in the living area with an outdoor dining table, chaise lounge and a gas bbq grill. These units also offers access to washer & dryer in a communal beach closet in the rear of the building. Unit C: This spacious two bedroom condo boasts 1,400 sq. ft. of air conditioned living space on the second floor. Enter the unit through the front door and enter into the open concept living space. The living area is furnished with ample seating for relaxing and watching your favorite shows on the flat screen HD TV with access to your preferred reaming services. Just of the living room you gain access to a private balcony and patio through large sliding glass doors and is furnished with an outdoor dining set, BBQ grill, and outdoor shower great for rinsing off after a fun day at the beach. Back inside you have a well equipped eat-in style kitchen around the island and equipped with 4-piece stainless steel appliance set among other small kitchen appliances. Additional dining seating is available around a dining set expandable for 6 persons. Heading towards the rear of the unit, you first come to the guest bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a twin-size bunk bed allowing sleeping accommodations for 4 persons. Just across from this guest bedroom is the guest bathroom offering a stall shower. Further down the hall you will pass the laundry closet equipped with full-size washer/dryer for your in-house laundering needs. Arriving at the end fo the hall you will find yourself in the master suite. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bedroom set and TV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom. The en suite bath offers a stall shower. All of the mattresses in the home feature Casper Original mattresses. They provide special 4D sleep technology with breathable foam that will truly give you the best sleep possible during your trip!
