The kitchen has granite countertops with glass tile backsplash, and modern stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with through the door ice/water, glass top range and oven, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped including a range of small appliances. The dining area has seating for four and is right off the kitchen. The living room is well appointed with stylish couch and loveseat, large flat panel HDTV and an amazing view out to the lanai and the Gulf. The air-conditioned lanai has floor to ceiling glass sliders overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the beach below. The lanai is furnished with comfortable chairs and table to let you get comfortable as close to the water as possible.
Sleep at night with the ocean surf right outside your window! The master bedroom has a bay window overlooking the Gulf and beach below. It has a king-size bed, large HDTV, walk-in closet, and en suite bathroom with a large subway tiled shower. The second bedroom has two twin-size beds, flat panel HDTV and a large window overlooking the bay and boat docks. Additionally, a twin self-inflating/deflating aerobed is provided that can be placed wherever you choose. The second bath has a subway tiled tub/shower combo.
This unit has its own dedicated high-speed broadband WIFI. This unit also comes equipped with a full size washer/dryer. Boat docks are available for guest use at no extra charge!! Bring your boat or rent one after you get here. Keep it right at the condo all week long. (Note; trailers cannot be stored on site)
Fisherman's Cove is located less than 25 minutes from Sarasota airport, 90 minutes from Tampa, and two and a half hours from Orlando. Tons of great restaurants and golf courses are nearby.
Fisherman's Cove is on the southern end of Siesta Key at Turtle Beach and is very quiet and un-crowded. The view is to the west for spectacular sunsets! It's not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the Gulf from the lanai / patio.

My wife and I have been renting condos once a year for a week in this area of Florida for over 30 years. This unit 311B at Fisherman’s Cove is our new favorite! Everything about it was wonderful...location, view, size, ammenities, furnishings and peaceful surroundings. It had everything provided to make our stay enjoyable...even down to the “little things” like very high quality chairs and coolers to take to the beach! Beds were very comfortable, washer & dryer in the unit, tv in each bedroom and one in the living room, wi-fi, all new Maytag kitchen appliances and all the kitchen furnishings that we needed were all appreciated.
We spent most of our inside time on the lanai which has sliding glass doors which allowed us to have the choice of open fresh, gulf sea breezes or not.
We have already re-booked this unit for our week next year and are alredy looking forward to our time in “paradise”!

beautiful condo right on the gulf
this was our third visit to this beautiful condo. we will definitely be back gain. it has everything you need to relax and enjoy the beach. great local restaurants and not too far from st armands circle. we feel like this our home away from home.

Gorgeous Views
We visited this property in June and we could not have been more pleased. The condo was beautifully decorated and absolutely spotless! The view as soon as you walk through the doors is breathtaking. We can’t wait to visit again!!

Great vacation
This was our second year staying at this beautiful condo and we look forward to our next stay. The condo is tastefully decorated and has everything that you need for a relaxing stay. You can’t beat the ocean views. We spent hours relaxing in the lanai listening to the the waves hitting the beach.

ideal locale with geat gulf water & sunset views
10 years with sunnyside properties at fisherman's cove. two building 3-story condo complex with gated entry and private pool. very private, very quiet and very convenient to dining, shopping and fun. all furnished condo units with lanais offer unobstructed views of gulf water 7 sunsets.paddleboarding & kayaking available on inland waterway which is adjacent to private parking area. boat docking and gas grills available on site.

Wonderfully updated and perfect gulf views!
This unit was perfect for us. It was very private location at the end of the cove. It has two new gas grills at the end of each building. The interior of unit was updated and had everything we needed. Loved the pool,spending the day walking on the beach and watching Dolphin swimming by almost every day. Thank you Lisa for all your help! We will be back

Couldn't be better!
Just spent our Thanksgiving/birthday week at Unit 311B and it was perfect! Outrageous view of the Gulf, very quiet, and a lovely, comfortable unit with great furnishings and top of the line kitchen. We didn't need to but we had everything we would have needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner! Loved walking and fishing this largely deserted stretch of Turtle Beach, and everything else we needed or wanted was very close by.
Would love to come back -- how sorry we were to leave....

Oceanfront luxury
This unit is exactly what we were looking for. Beachfront condo with all the upgrades. Granite countertops, "wood grain tile" throughout unit and a kitchen that is stocked better than ours at home. The beach was quiet and uncrowded. Quick drive to Siesta Key for good food options. Will definitely book this unit again !

Great location and right on the gulf coast!
The unit was well equipped and clean. The location was right on the gulf. Far enough away from the public beaches but, not too far from any conveniences (grocery, restaurants).

Better then we expected!
This was our first time in siesta key. This condo is actually better then described. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the condo, top of the line decor, appliances, dishes and glassware. My husband and I joked upon checking in that it was too nice for our family (two boys 5 and 7). We really liked how the lanai was indoors, we ate all our meals there despite weather. We fully intend on booking this condo next year. In addition, property manager was easy to work with, quick to answer questions and process rental agreement.
