The fourth floor hosts a tropically styled office space with passage to the roof top deck where you will enjoy a gulf breeze and stunning views over Boca Ciega Bay! Make memories with loved ones while you take in picturesque sunrises and sunsets over the water where you can spot dolphins, manatees, osprey and a large variety of coastal birds and other wildlife. A second, oversized Queen bedroom can be found on the ground floor with French doors, a wet bar, glass sliding door access to the back garden and saltwater docks, and a private, full size ensuite bathroom.
