Palms of Treasure Island - Brand new beautifully furnished unit facing intercoastal water, 1st floor (underground parking makes it like a 2nd floor) overlooking pool and bay - 2 bedroom, 2 full baths - and sleeps 5 people - Master: queen bed(2) , 2nd bedroom: double bed with single pullout (3), and sofa optional, not a sofa bed..
Spectacular views from the entire unit and balcony, very bright and inviting. Great Mediterranean architecture approximately 1000 sq ft with covered furnished balcony; table/lounge chairs. This unit has all brand new furniture with travertine floors with carpet in the bedrooms, 9 ft ceilings, and crown moldings.
Complete kitchen with all cooking accessories, stainless steel appliances, and granite counter tops in kitchen and baths. Washer/Dryer, Cable, 2 TV's ...

Great view & location - the unit is clean and comfortable
We have just returned from staying in this unit at Treasure Island. This was my 1st time taking a chance on the internet to book a unit. The unit was clean, lovely and a nice size. The view is great and you can't beat the location.
We have already booked for next year!

Exceptional
We just returned from a 4 week stay at another/similar condo in this same building, same owner. The unit was clean, comfortable, spacious and located in close proximity to everything we needed (i.e. Beach, supermarket, restaurants, shops). John (owner) was more than accomodating with helping us get online (wifi) and being flexible with our schedule. The Gulf view was great and the building was relatively quiet considering it was Spring Break month. Will definitely be returning.

Great Condo for a Great Price
Slept 6 comfortably. Right across from beach and next door to grocery store. Great location. Weather wasn't great so games that were supplied came in handy.

Perfect location
Great location with plenty of things to do such as fishing, eating out at variety of restaurants , walk next door to grocery store, bars with live entertainment and beach across the street.nice pool with hot tub overlooking intercoastal waterway.very relaxing place to stay

Outstanding Accommodations
My family and I have stayed in this condo twice now. We love the location - gulf beach out front and inland waterway out back. The building is very secure, safe, and clean. We enjoy being so near the water and the many local attractions (John;s Pass is just a short distance down the road). There is a full kitchen so we can make our own breakfasts and lunches (which we enjoy eating out on the balcony) and enough restaurants nearby that we can select a new place to dine each evening. The sunsets are gorgeous - right from your livingroom! They even provide carts to make it easy to get all your baggage up to your condo.

Great location and amenities
John was a great communicator through out the process. The condo was clean and comfortable and the location was great! We were on the top floor with an amazing view of the Gulf. We did fishing and kayaking off the back of the property. The beach was across the street and a manatee swam up right next to us The grocery store is right next door. Everything we needed was right there. Hated to go home!

great location for all age groups.
John was very helpful. We choose first floor condo as we love to look out over the intercostal waterway and watch the dolphins.Our family was myself my 75 yr old husband (recovering from serious stroke, Dec 2014) my 45 yr,old daughter and 15 yr old grandson. The complex was lovely and pool and grounds well maintained. there are lots of good place to eat very close by, we found a great Mexican one, VIP., near Ricci's bar. Went 3 times .we love this area.

No Luxury Here
This condo is poor at best. Not clean , old furniture, kitchen appliances old and not working. Dish dirty and broken.
We were extremely disappointed. Will never rent here again.

Peaceful
Everything is close by and at night is very quiet, beach across the street. Second time we stay at the Palms and will highly recomend.

Property is located on Gulf Blvd, across the street from the beach, a 1 minute walk. View from unit is the intercoastal waterway in the rear of the building, pool is also visible from unit. New Publix grocery store next door, drug store, ice cream, pizza, and numerous restaurants within walking distance. St Johns Pass 1 1/2 mile up the road on Gulf Blvd, a beautiful shopping area with restaurants, boat rentals, and fun things to do.
