Available low season 90 days or longer. No pets. HOA application approval required. $150 app fee, $6500 per month in high season, $3500 in low season. 2 month minimum. $500 refundable security deposit, 12% tax. Available immediately. Minimum age of main guest is 25. Property is family friendly and children are allowed.
