Large pool and steps to ocean from back door,cross no roads. Next to playground and picnic area with lifeguard supervised beach and also a private beach is available, dozens of restaurants and shops within walking distance. 90 minutes to Orlando attractions and minutes from Minor league baseball games. Safe, quiet and perfect for all. Vero beach has a new Indian River Mall with one of the largest AMC movie theater (24 screens). There are many golf courses and tennis courts near by.

Exit cleaning will be responsibility of owner. Any and all items removed from a closet, drawer or cabinet will be cleaned/organized and returned to appropriate original storage location. Location, Location, Location!!
We highly recommend this place! If you want a well appointed, clean condo steps from the beach with a massive pool steps from the unit then this is the place for you. We found everything we were looking for here! We arrived overworked, stressed and tired and 5 days later left relaxed, rested and totally rejuvenated. David is a gracious host who was extremely quick to respond to our inquiries prior to arriving. The condo itself is very well equipped with comfortable beds, games to play, a stocked kitchen, washer/dryer and as I mentioned earlier it is clean as a whistle! The pictures in the listing don’t do justice at all to how cozy and comfy the condo is. Everyone there at the complex is very nice as well! We had a blast and we will definitely be back!

Great guests. Only problem is, I was never paid from this site as Trip Advisor kept all the money. They have no number, email or way to contact them, use Airbnb or VRBO as they dont rip off the host.

Perfect fun
Daniel’s condo is one of the cleanest, most updated, and well appointed places we have stayed. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The location was great, and the area was quiet and relaxing! We hope to return in the near future, and we definitely recommend this home to anyone planning a trip to the Vero Beach/Ft. Pierce area.

Spectacular Stay
I booked this beach-side, beach-view condo for my daughter’s visit in November. I ended up getting sick and was unable to go, but insisted that my daughter and her husband go. They had a wonderful stay! The property is well-maintained, with ocean views from the front bedroom, a king-sized bed in the second bedroom, and adjoining bathrooms in each bedroom. They enjoyed the heated pool and said the walk from the front door to the sandy beach was no more than 100 steps. The owner was very accommodating and made himself available for any and all questions. I will most definitely rent this condo again!! My daughter and husband had a wonderful, relaxing and memorable visit to this beautiful condo.

So enjoyable ...
We spent 3 nights/4days and wished we could have stayed longer. It states 1st floor but you actually have a lovely view of the ocean. You can walk out your slider onto the lawn and you are just steps from the pool and a deck overlooking the ocean. The unit has everything you could want from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes and appliances. 3 t.v’s, internet, cable and a top of the line washer and dryer in the unit. Very clean and the owner was very accommodating and gave us personal service.

Perfect Getaway
This place was amazing! Very clean and comfortable with lots of extra thoughtful ammenities, like beach/pool items, board games, and Keurig with coffee and condiments, just to name a few. Beautiful ocean view and convenient location to downtown Vero. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and again...

Amazing Experience!!
My kids & I stayed in this beach condo for a week & it was simply amazing!! Condo was very clean, comfortable & had great amenities, including beach toys & board games. The kids loved walking right out the back door to the pool & the beach is just steps from there. Price was very reasonable especially for the awesome location! The owner was very accomendating & welcoming. He quickly responded to every question I had prior to arrival & while we were staying there. Perfect place to stay for a relaxing time!

Wonderful place and great beach property
When we arrived we met owner and he showed us the property and even recommended a few restaurants, then he helped us with our bags. We loved this condo and were happy to find it is less expensive than any others in the area. The condo has everything and then some, even beach equipment. The property and beach is amazing and with hardly saw another person and parking is open and close. The condo is on first floor and the pool and beach is right out your back door. The owner checked on us and even allowed us to stay late at no additional change. We felt very welcome and appreciate the personalized attention.

Gorgeous
The condo is wonderful and has everything you could possibly need and it's an easy access to the beach. The owners are a delight to work with. Will definitely stay again!

Underwhelming
We stayed here for two weeks. The location is fantastic. However, the unit is musty, furniture is dated, and communication with the owner was terrible. Owner deducted a credit card fee from the rental deposit. We couldn't believe it. The owner had a hard stance that this was appropriate. We disagreed and found it to be an inappropriate use of a security deposit.
