This cozy, quaint Winter Park home was built in 1925. The house has updated appliances and plenty of space. There are two big bedrooms with their own bathroom. Plus two single beds for guests. Do not forget our large dining and living room.
We are mere minutes from historic Park Avenue where you have the finest in dining available. You can use the entire backyard and the private brick patio area for you and your guests. Or take a stroll down to the lake where you may sit down and enjoy the sunset.
