The upstairs loft can be used as a second living room for the kids or an additional sleeping area for 2. The fully equipped kitchen features an open concept and seats 9. Off the living room is a private patio complete with grill. The community also offers a pool and play area for your enjoyment. A small fishing pond is across from the community. Wireless internet and cable are provided.

No walking in carpeted area's of the home with your shoes on. No throwing fluids or containers with fluids in the trash. (pour unused fluids down the drain). Guests must bring makeup remover. Guests are NOT allowed to use towels or wash clothes for removing makeup. Guests WILL be charged for towels that are stained or ruined. Guests MUST follow the checkout instructions posted on the refrigerator. Guests that fail to follow check out instructions may be accessed money from their deposit.

Perfect place for the whole family to be together
We came down for our daughter's Atlanta wedding. When pricing out hotels we came to the realization that for our family of 5 to have an enjoyable stay we needed something bigger. I'm glad I found Brian's place! It cost us less than a hotel and the quality was way better! It was like home away from home. Every bedroom has a full bath attached.The kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking essentials! He had nice little touches of southern hospitality like leaving a pack of water bottles for us in the fridge. The beds were comfortable. This place truly is spacious. This place is very convenient to I 75! Though it is located Northwest of Atlanta it took us a little less than an hour to get to the ATL airport. We would have loved it if you had some board games, a larger ironing board, and the grill was on the back patio, other than those things nothing was missing. We are so glad we found this gem! Thanks so much for renting to us Brian!
