There is also a noise monitor that monitors sound waves and alerts me when there is party noise going on. It doesnt record what you say. So you can speak freely indoors. Outdoors, there is a camera just as a hotel has one. There is toothbrush, toothpaste and soap so you don't have to worry about that on your first night if you forgot yours at home. For those who love cooking, the kitchen has everything you would ever need. A blender, toaster, coffee/tea maker, water filter, water tester, a breakfast table, etc. Do you have sleep issues? Our rooms are designed for those with light sensitivity too or those who want to peek the sunrise. The beds are very comfortable and the paintings inspire sense of comfort, romance or family living. We have a bicycle for those who love to exercise or just want to take a ride to the nearest store at no cost. There is fast wifi, laptop, printer and work desk for those on business or anyone who wishes to print their tickets. No more driving out just to print. The sofas are very comfortable with Netflix, Starz and Roku subscriptions to watch News or your favorite shows. You can gaze through the glass to view the gorgeous brand new patio or sit out there with a table for cold drinks during summer (only on the deck) and the outdoor fireplace for warmth and barbeque during winter (only out on the yard). The parking lot can contain two cars and one car on the street. The neighborhood is quiet and people keep to themselves. The bedrooms are gorgeous and their adjoining bathrooms are well designed with paintings and art works. Their is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher in place and also smoke, gas and carbon-monoxide detectors. Thanks

There will be a damage fee if home gets damaged by guest or if the no smoking law is violated. Also all gold cutleries are counted so do not take any out or home. There are disposable cups for that. Kindly keep items intact for the next guest to enjoy. There is also 2 comforters in the living room, usable in the living room or outdoor if cold. I can also provide airport shuttle at a price. My goal is to make sure you have a wonderful vacation in my home. So ask questions freely. I'm here for you
