Activities like boat charters to the British Virgin Islands, the Soggy Dollar and the Bathes. Snorkeling, parasailing, jetski rental, and kayaking tours can be arranged. Recommendations for hiking, secret beaches and restaurants can be offered. Grocery provisioning, car rentals, private chef, house cleaner service, yoga and spa service and photography can be booked. All have flat screen TV's and cable, USB charging ports, luggage racks, double sinks and showers in each bathroom. ● Air conditioning in all four bedrooms and great room with individual controls in each room ● Pool floats, coolers, cooler bags, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, towels and towel bags all provided ● Board games, cards, telescope, binoculars, and a full range of reference books including fauna and flora of the islands, coral reef and fish identification, and Caribbean history ● Outdoor stainless-steel grill and grilling tools ● 40kw Backup generator housed separately from the property Property Layout ● Great Room with large screen TV, surround sound system, Sonos sound system, Blue Ray player, Firestick and dvd collection. Dining table for 10, bar cart and gourmet kitchen attached ● Upstairs from Great room are two bedrooms. One with a king bed, one with two twin beds. Both with en suite full bathrooms. Both of those bedrooms open up to an upper deck with comfortable chairs and a breathtaking view. ● Also on the second floor of the Main house is an office which features a wireless printer and a full sized pull out couch. ● Separate from the main house next to the pool deck is the Master Bedroom. A king bed , en suite bathroom and spectacular cliff and ocean views highlight this room ● Walking downstairs from the Main house is another more private deck with chairs and tables ● Continuing down the stairs leads to “The Cottage”. A self-contained one-bedroom unit, it features a king bed, en suite bathroom with a stunning waterfront bathtub. Included in the cottage is a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker and private deck and chairs.
