We are excited to have you visit! Great fishing holes are within a three minute drive from the house. If you are visiting Yellowstone National Park for the 2022 season, roads are open April 15 thru November 7, 2022. Our beautiful rustic home is on the southern end of town. This vintage home is sure to please. Rooms are large and bright with cozy decor. 3 min to great fishing on the Snake River, 10 min to BYUI, 75 min to West Yellowstone and West Entrance, 10 min to the sand dunes, within short driving distance to legendary sandbar on Henry's Fork of the Snake River, 1.5 hour to Grand Teton National Park & Jackson Hole, 2 hours to Craters of the Moon. Be sure to plan a few days! We are excited to host you! This 1920s home was originally a one room home. Previous owners added on over the years creating a quaint 3 bedroom home. All new carpet and paint throughout as of June 2018. A/C unit in sitting room and upstairs south bedroom available to use during the summer months. The living room features a love seat, couch ( which turns into a hide a bed suitable for children to sleep on), smart TV set up with ROKU with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, a ceiling fan and a half bath in one corner. Full service kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, eating ware, flatware, cups, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, natural gas stove, coffee maker, and refrigerator. We provide breakfast, so please help yourselves to breads, bagels, cold cereal, fresh fruit, milk, juice, and yogurt. Knotty alder cabinets and granite countertops with deep double sink complete this space. Main level bathroom features tub/hands free shower combo, toilet, and vanity. We provide body wash and shampoo as well as towels, qtips, cotton balls, and dental flossers. Dining room features a large Farmhouse style table that easily seats 8. Also located in this room is a window unit air conditioner. Main level master bedroom features queen sized bed and two twin bunk beds decorated in Americana theme. Ceiling fan in this room as well as east facing and south facing windows with light blocking curtains for your good night's sleep. Second level bedrooms feature ceiling fans and light blocking curtains. South upstairs bedroom features a full size bed and twin size bed. Room is decorated in train theme. A/C unit in this room cools well for use during those hot summer days or nights. North upstairs bedroom features a full size bed and twin floor mattress decorated in greys and whites. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises as are illegal drugs and alcohol. Parking is available directly in front of the house and in the driveway only. Please do not park in front of the neighbors homes. Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. Pets (if allowed) are okay outside only. Please note, the yard is not fenced and there is not a pet run. Guests may use the entire house except the basement, garage, and shed. You are welcome to use the yard and the deck. Free parking is available between the fences, directly in front of the house and in the driveway. Please do not park in front of the neighbors homes. Smoking is prohibited on the property as are illegal drugs and raucous booze parties. In a quiet little town of just over 3,000 people, the town is pretty much the neighborhood. This property is located on the south side of town very near the highway entrance. There are all of the city amenities within a 7-12 blocks (gas station, several eating facilities, Banks, city offices, Library, grocery store, convenience stores, parks, religious facilities, bowling alley, Fitness Center, and more.) We do not have public transportation in our area at this time. However, the movie theater and bowling alley are 7 blocks to the north of this property. Also within 12 blocks of our location are the banks, hardware store, pharmacy, grocery store, and several wonderful restaurants. Within walking distance are two parks that front the river and one that does not, but has a great playground for those with children.

About the neighbourhood
On top of being in the center of the city, it is also in the center of most every wonderful geological option that you have within an hour and a half drive. This includes, but is not limited to: Island Park, Green Canyon Hot Springs, Heise Hot Spings, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Craters of the Moon, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, BYUI, and many other great attractions.
Getting around
We do not have public transportation in our area at this time. However, there is a bowling alley right here in town. Also within 10 blocks of our location are the banks, hardware store, pharmacy, and several wonderful restaurants. Our local grocery store is 1 mile away and carries most of what you may need. Within walking distance are two parks that front the river and one that does not, but both have a great playground for those with children.
