Wagon house is just what we wanted as it was secluded and peaceful. Despite the noise from the train line, which you get use to, it was very relaxing. The house had everything we needed as the kitchen has a large fridge. It is close to some Cotswolds sights and we were also able to venture into Bath which was lovely. Lovely location.

About the neighbourhood
Malmesbury, which is the oldest borough in England, is approximately 3 miles away and provides full selection of cafes, shops and restaurants as well as other amenities. There you will see the magnificent 800 year old Norman Abbey built for the Benedictine Monastery which was founded in the 7th Century, also the lovely Market Cross. During your stay you must certainly visit the famous Abbey House Gardens that have been featured on television, and then take a stroll along the 'river walk'.

Set on a hill, circled by the river Avon, the imposing Norman Abbey dominates the skyline. The town flourished as a weaving centre from the 15th century and became known for its fine silk and lace.
