Lovely, modern holiday apartment just by the sea, in the historic village of St Margarets Bay, Kent.

Just a 5-minute downhill walk from the beach, located at the foot of the white chalk cliffs of St Margaret's Bay, is Headland.

Situated on the southeast coast of England between Dover and Deal, the holiday apartment adjoins our own holiday home. It is ideal for walkers, cyclists, birdwatchers and families. Opposite is The Pines, a stunning 6-acre garden offering the perfect blend of sustainability and innovation with a sensory garden and lake, ideal for picnics.

Visit the South Foreland Lighthouse, Dover Walmer and Deal Castles, or bring your passport and take a day trip to France.

St. Margaret's at Cliffe is gorgeous! A lovely village in Kent, with great access to the nearby beaches and the white cliffs of Dover. A great spot to base fromwhile exploring the Kent coastline. Headland is a lovely cottage minutes away from the local beach, and a quick walk to the stunning views of the cliffs nearby. The cottage itself...

We had chosen becuase of the location, which did not disappoint as easy walk to beach, to the white cliffs of Dover and to both Dover and Walmer castles. It was a great bonus that the cottage was so pleasant, clean, well designed and comfortable.

Railway: Dover Priory: 9.0 km
Ferry: Dover: 7.0 km
ARRIVAL DIRECTIONS

Take the M20 to Dover which becomes the A20 which you follow to Dover Port. At the roundabout at the port turn right into Jubilee Way following the signs to Deal and joining the A258. At the roundabout at the top of the hill turn right following the signs to Deal – A258. This is the Dover Road.

At the speed camera turn right following the signs to St Margaret's Bay. At the T junction – turn right following the road through the village. The High Street then becomes Sea Street. Continue onto Bay Hill and then bear right into St Margaret's Road.

Turn left onto Beach Road which is unmade - The Pines Gardens will be sign posted. Headland is the third property along on the left hand side.
