House Rental
Our complex Peristera View has 2 maisonettes. The complex is built in the center of an olive grove at the location Vamvakies and offers incredible view to the sea and the small island of Peristera. Although our apartments have fully equipped kitchens, many of our visitors usually prefer the taverns of the settlements Kalamakia and Steni Vala. The taverns and cafeterias of these seaside villages can satisfy even the most demanding guests. For simpler but equally delicious meals, there is a small tavern at the beach of Agios Dimitrios. This excellent accommodation sits in a wonderful rural location and the views over the sea to the island of Peristera have to be seen to be believed Here you are less than a minute walk down to the pebbly beach that runs up to Aghios Dimitrios.

The house is very nicely located: the 4 tavernas (with excellent grilled fish) of the small port of Kalamakia are only 3km away and excellent beaches are very close.
The house is fully equipped with AC, wifi and TVset.
The owner is very helpful. We stayed there 10 days and enjoyed a excellent stay.

Peristera
Bella villa in splendida location in una specie di paradiso terrestre. Ideale per chi ama il silenzio, la natura, il mare e il profumo della macchia mediterranea. Dalla terrazza si gode la vista del mare di fronte alla selvaggia isola di Peristera, altro paradiso da visitare noleggiando una barca a Patitiri. La distanza da Patitiri è circa 15 minuti d'auto ma le spiagge più belle sono a pochi minuti (Agios Dimitrios, Tzorzi Gialos, Leftos Gialos, Milia, Chrisi Milia) ma anche le altre spiagge (Megali Ammos, Megalos Mourtias ecc.) si raggiungono in 20 minuti circa d'auto. Astenersi i movida lovers. Ci sono due gatti educatissimi che sono i veri padroni della tenuta ma non entrano in casa nemmeno se li obblighi. Bill, il gestore della proprietà è gentilissimo e disponibile ad ogni necessità. Ti viene a prendere al porto e ti riporta quando devi ripartire. Dalla terrazza, la vista della luna che illumina lo specchio di mare di fronte a Peristera è indimenticabile. Ci siamo stati 8 giorni ed eravamo 3 famiglie. Non credo che ci scorderemo mai di questa vacanza.....

The property is located in 1.5km from Kalamakia where you may find the freshest fish of Alonissos from owners that are fishermen. Also is located 1 km from Agios Dimitrios where is the most popular beach of Alonissos with emerald waters and beautiful colors. Another positive is Steni Vala which is close to the apartment (2km) and you can find bakery, super market, tavernas and a diving center attraction for diving enthusiasts.
