Excepcional apartamento á 100m da melhor praia de Maceió!!
Apartamento situado na melhor localização de Maceió-AL, totalmente nascente e com uma belíssima vista para o mar.
Estamos num bairro nobre da capital (Ponta Verde / Pajuçara), onde terão toda a comodidade em torno do apartamento. Excelentes restaurantes, bares, praias, supermercados, farmácias, além da famosa feira de artesanato, tudo isso localizado a menos de 200m do apartamento!!
O local muito seguro e é possível aproveitar bastante sem se quer a utilização de meios de transporte para locomoção!!
Com relação ao apartamento em si, todos os quartos são climatizados (incluindo a sala), nos banheiros temos chuveiro elétrico, sem falar da cozinha que é bastante equipada (fogão, microondas, sanduicheira, cafeteira, liquidificador...
